Wow! Used the app first time. Although the initial experience with the bus driver was not good. Bus driver refused to pick up from boarding point. And I had to book another bus. However when I raised a request to abhibus via email they understood my concern in detail and helped me with 100% refund. I'm really impressed with their support team. They turned a negative experience to positive one. Thanks Abhibus. 😊

I normally book my bus tickets directly on providers but this time I've trusted Abhibus recommended by a friend, and it looks like I'll never go back to the providers for my future bookings. Amazing experience to search, book and get my tickets over WhatsApp in less than a minute. Unbelievable. They must integrate more providers.

It's an absolute sham of a company. If you like to keep your money safe, this is the last service you should be using to book bus tickets.I once tried to book tickets and the tickets ended up being booked for the wrong date.Their customer care service is of no use and after raising numerous complaints they just came up with an answer that your money cannot be refunded.I mean how convenient! There are so many other ticket booking services available and it's better to avoid this scam of a business

Buddies i recommend not to book the tickets through this app... For the first time I blocked the ticket and there is no update on bus/driver details... Tried all the possible numbers which are shared through app all are not reachable and switched off.. Customer service next to impossible.. call is not getting connected... I would have rated -ve stars if it would habe available....

After booking the ticket we don't get bus operator number on the day of journey. If we call to Abhibus customer care even they don't have the operator number & ask us to call numbers that we get in Google, which either will be switched off or No one will pick the call. Very bad service. I booked via this app 2 times & both times had the same issue. They left me at the pickup point even i was waiting there for 1 hour & no one called me also. I never faced this issue in Paytm & Redbus.

This was worst service i ever had in bus bookings. yesterday I booked a bus ticket transaction got successful but ticket not confirmed. I contacted to customer support no one responded. After half an hour i got a message of refund initiated. It's been 24 hours still I didn't received. I'm connecting to customer support but no response. Don't use this app they're using cheep business tricks.

You know what they do?. They confirm your ticket. Add in extra charges even with coupons applied and everything. Then they cancel your ticket at last moment. Then they make you persue them for refund sitting there waiting for your cancelled bus. Then they refun as wallet money which for some reason cannot be withdrawed. Most unimpressive inconvenient of travelling partners out there.

Never trust this app. Before booking it ll show 100% refund on cancelation but after uh booked the ticket customer service ll never respond and ll sujjest to do through app only and ll refund 50% only. I booked 2 tickets but the bus is 5hrs delay on Departure time I canceled the ticket they refund only 1 ticket money. I refer to do it in Redbus it is better than this app.

I booked a bus from this application for the first time and last time also.. about my experience, very pathetic service they are providing i booked a AC bus but their are no curtains with the window, now i am facing heat waves through windows. The departure time of bus is at 11:50Am but bus reached at 2:00Pm. We have tried to call them through application and 3 numbers are their in the ticket receipt but non of them are reachable.

Best fraud and scam app for booking travel tickets, very negligence for answer to customers regarding issue. For one ticket amount deducted 2 times from me. Customer care telling there is no records, we have clear proofs, really 200% fraud app. Request to all users don't use this app ,don't lost your money.

This app is not working anymore, I have booked one ticket yesterday but the number provided by app is not reachable. I have try to chat but there is nobody to chat then I call via tollfree number so many time but no one recive the call. Finally after waiting few hour on bus stand I was informed by other bus staff that there is no such bus going on that day. And I did not get my money back yet even there is no such provision to get your money back. This app is a scam or have faulty execution.

Bus dropped us at haridwar that bus do have enough leg space and bus was totally like dump even government buses are better than this and then one 3rd class tempo traveller dropped us at Mussoorie and that tempo traveller dropped us before the Libra Chowk. And paid 500 rupees for cab from that drop point to library chowk. This was completely worst experience. I will never recommend zing bus ever to anyone. Even I am going to make a Google review for the same.

Worst experience ever I tried to book my ticket for 1st time for 30/04/2022 and the ticket is book for 30/05/2022 for next month and after that I cancelled my ticket they are showing refund is successful and I didnt get refund till yet. When I tried to talk with their customer care, I am unable to connect with them.

Not provided customer care number to speak with your agent. I've booked Garuda plus bus, now I got a text message that it has been replaced with Rajdhani service. I don't want to travel in it. How can they change service without my concern. I'm not able to cancel my ticket, half of the booking amount is getting charged if I try to cancel it . Pathetic.

The worst app ever. Tickets are hella expensive and when i tried cancellation, they don't respond. They will cut your calls and ignore you. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I've been trying to cancel my tickets from last night and the person in charge Yuvraj, keeps ignoring me. Never gonna trust this app ever.

Very manipulative app It was mentioned that 100% cashback on your first booking which can be redeemed for your next booking. I've received 100% cashback on app wallet but it's showing that only 5% will redeemed for every booking 😂🙏

I want to give negative rating for this app, My booking is cancelled at the same moment, i have visited 300 km to Chandigarh for bus and after reaching i received a message that booking is cancelled, i was with my family and unable to book new bus, this type of services should be banned. I will never ever use this app.

Customer Service is not at all good. Simply they will creat the case number. But no one will look into it. You will never get the support from them. They will not even resolve your complent. I strongly recommend don't even think about to install this app. No use of this. Simply waste of time waste of space in your mobile

Worst app experience, Booked a bus but got cancelled,but the money didn't refunded in my bank account, promotional balance was refunded but original payment didn't reflect in my account. They are scamming customers. In the 24*7 help chat it is showing the amount is refunded but didn't reflect in my bank account.

You have provided offer on SIMPL wallet but why SIMPL wallet is not showing in wallet list? You don't want us to use the offer isn't it? Why should I lie if there is an option to use SIMPL? I have used other payment option to book the ticket. There no option to talk to customer care. It's annoying.

Never ever download or book any bus from this. Worst service ever booked a ticket using abhibus but at time of departure bus person asked rudely to pay 1000 rs extra if want to go else leave the bus.... Unfortunately have to pay extra amount because need to go urgently. Also tried to communicate with costumer care services but no response from customer care too....

It's one of the most underrated services. The passenger bus maintained in a way that it looks like a transport. There were cartoons all way and we have to jumped it to get down from the bus.

Worst app for bus booking. I booked a AC bus but after payment NON-AC bus was allocated. And there's no option for this complaint. Even their cashback will be added to abhi cash which can be used by some percentage only. Worst experience.

Low stars because, you can not rate your trip feedback with 1,2 or 3 stars and mandatorily only 4 and 5 Star rating options are selectable.. Coming to main points, when booking on abhibus always request the driver for your intended drop off and pick up points. Sometimes no contact number at pick up point would be available then you are at your own mercy.. During emergency better to look upon local your operators. At abhibus routes get changed, that was new experience to me..

Worst customer care and app.. using abhibus for quite sometime now, after a break tried using it today after payment is done booking failed and their real joke of 24/7 customer care wasn't there to help.. app doesn't show any failed transaction or Bookings..!!! Wondering why no chat support or mail support... Hoping my refund will be initiated.. as I can't afford to pay 4k everytime with this unreliable app.. being loyal to Abhi bus is a waste of time and money.

Just like to make fool their customers. I booked a ticket from Kanpur to bhiwadi. Ticket was booked but bus was late by 6 hours without any prior information. When I go to cancel the ticket, they shows zero refund after cancellation. My request to app developer and operator to stop fooling the peoples.

Worst App! I am trying to login with both mobile number and Google but nothing happens. I didn't receive OTP. I am stuck in logIn page. I try with clear my app cache and reinstall this but same issue come again and again.

Issue with the new update. App reverts back to launch page in a loop **The issue has been fixed in the latest April update (4.0.181). Thanks for the resolution.**
