This App has been extremely helpful, considering that I'm away from home about 95% of the time. I can cash paper checks, make transfers, view my account balances and the history, all from the ATFCU mobile App.
More than half the time I try and log in, it gives me an error. Really annoying when I need to check my balance or deposit a check. Please fix the bug and I'll update my review! Great app when it works!
So easy to use. All features needed are within the app. Can't remember the last time I had to physically go in to a branch for assistance
Good app but often when you need to see your account it'll say "service not available". Even when you text 454545 it'll say the same thing. Times are hard and I NEED to know how much money I have in my account right then and there and not wait till the next day when it's fixed.
Usually a great app when it works but has a terrible problem about not working and repeatedly saying application error while trying to login I've tried everything to fix it but it won't work so as is it has terrible programming.
Very descriptive and easy to use! Acctually it really spoils me from having to drive several miles to the bank and wait in line to have my deposits done. Thank you ATFCU for this up to date capability.
I havent been able to sign in in 3 days. Always "Unable to Dispaly Account Details". Tired if having to go to the bank daily just to check my balance. FIX IT. UPDATING DOES NOTHING
It never recognizes my fingerprint and always logs me out. Than I type in my password and says it's incorrect. I can go online and put in exact password and it logs me In... The app is suppose to be easy to you. Not stressful
Love this app. Easy to use and all I need to do in one place. Transferring money from one acct to the other is quick and efficient. I use other banks apps and they're no where near this user friendly.
It is easy for multiple reasons. Paying bills, money transfer, viewing deposits and withdrawals. Especially CC controls.
Easy to use, fast, efficient, current! The only feature I have had difficulty with is mobile check deposit and that may be partly due to operator (me) error.
its super convenient since I dont live in town. only down side is it can be really slow and glitchy sometimes.
Easy to use not complicated. Sends me up to date deposits and withdrawals. I'm pleased with app. & over all bank services.
I'm very happy with this App. it's very easy and intuitive to use. Just keeps getting better and better with more details about my accounts and easier navigation!
Works well but new mobile deposit function is wayyyyyy more difficult to use and get good photos than Regions. Overall ok.
I love this app... It does run maintenance at times but I don't think there's one that doesn't. Very user-friendly and definitely helps me
One of the better banking apps I've used. Edit 7/30/21 used to be great but why. Why take away fingerprint login?! Now you're one star! Bring back fingerprint login!
I know that I don't utilize this app to it's full potential; however, everything I do need it for is super easy and very simplified.
just made a transfer. super easy and convenient to operate with ability fyi love money into special savings accounts. LOVE IT. As much as I love ATFCU
Like how i can see both accounts and purchases also pending purchases. Its every helpful to manage money.

Really wish this app had a landscape mode. Other than that, it is incredibly easy to use.
It seems to be down when I need it. ... Better about that recently but the image requirements for mobile deposits (i.e. no shadows) are difficult to satisfy in any normal environment. Also, accessing the app via a pin would be helpful rather than always having to enter a (hopefully complex) password.
