Since one week I have been trying to update, so far not working. Now I can't enter to this app. It's always showing update.
It does the job ... but lot of processing time + old interface for mastercard payment and details view the application crashes
It is continuously showing check your credentials or contact bank. Not a good app. It is after every 4-5 days same problem happening. Without any password change why this message showing. So many time app is not working for so many hours. Banking app and having such a problem is very bad. Even no other option to check balance also. Zero star for this app.
The share link of ABKPAY is broken. When the link is ready to be shared, the button doesn't work. Such a simple feature yet broken while all other apps have it working. Disappointed. A request to fix it ASAP.
The abk app appeared to be updated but tied and failed many times.
Very bad application.. It shows alot of errors while trying to login and sometimes it shows infinite process screen! If there is a zero star I would rate this application!!
Very poor banking service. Such an arrogant officers working there who never want to talk on phone or assit their customers. I called a guy for clarifying the service price and other charges for the KNet services provided by their bank, he keeps saying he's been busy for the last four days. And he causes others to be slow in their processes. Very bad... grow up my dear friends... What business will he do without customers. What kind of busy business is he doing? Arrogance at its peak...
Unfortunately, I must say, horrible design. It takes fotever for the account info to loud. Often, the app needs to be closed multiple times and reopened.
It doesn't reflect transactions on the same day but yes balance gets deducted. Also even with good internet connection it runs very slow .. disappointed!:(
It's down for more than 2 weeks and regularly giving a message that it needs an update which you can't apply.....nformed the call Center and branch several times and still nothing has been done yet . Poor customer service satisfaction and follow up.
i doubt this app belongs to Bank. my advise don't use it. 1st the app need my card ben. i think it very dangerous to but my card number + password!!!!!!!!? i am sure they are thieves . it doesn't make any sense... 2nd any online banking needs user name and password to access to the account not my critical info. that is confirmed they are thieves
I have benefited a lot personally. Because when there is no way out of the house during this Corona epidemic, I can do everything online only through this app. Many many thanks to the authorities.Its really good apps

Always showing unable to login,please try again later,how many times i reset the password and security questions still failed..i followed the step by step instructions of hotline 1899899,still failed..please fix this issue..
When i open the application its totally not working I cant press any option Its looks like the phone is died The thing is after i close it by button press ( coz the cant log out ) The phone is working nicely So the application have problem
Small request for this Bank authorities please remove this app from Google Play Store before 5 or 6 hours I am trying but still I am not get any OTP
Quick, easy, and very informative, in my opinion its much easier to use than other banks not to mention they dont take charges for transferring !
Abk pay when you try to press Share icon not working and I calling customer service many times and they can't solve , only they are successful to telling you good morning and can I help you and nothing else they are not professional to solve any problems and this not the first time

When I give update I could not able to login again. It is very difficult to use the app.
Sometimes the app gives me infinite processing screen during login, and other times I'm unable to generate ABKPay links
I cannot login now although i enter id and password correctly and finger recognition also not working.
It should save my user name like other banking apps. Not bad some easy access but could be better, it lags alot and the design is terrible
