Ablegrid® GPS Track Platform

It didnt recognize the tracker ar first but someone was able to help me and get it going. Appreciate that very much. My only grip with this app is the actual mapping of locations. It's just a lot of lines and if you dont look at it frequently, you will get confused from the start point to stops to where it ended at. Besides that it does what it says it does.

Granted, it takes work to get it to work properly, but once you're done, the device and software work very well. The easiest place to set it up, and it's options is online at the map activity. Once you login, lots of options, and lots of exploring is needed. Device is better than other gps devices, plus very consistent. 100% glad I bought this. With 10,000 mA battery, plus a 6000 mA battery connected to it, I easily get. 5 weeks of tracking, @10 sec intervals..

It won't even show the tracking history, and the one time it did, it randomly stopped at a point and showed it come back, although that's now where I stopped to see if it worked. The battery percentage says that it's at 87%, and has said that for 2 days. I tried to sign in on the website, and put in my email, and the password they gave me, but it wouldn't let me sign in. Don't sign up, or buy the product, it is all just a big scam.

Won't show I have trackers at all. I have a account and logged in and when I try to put my tracker info back in it says need to set up a account. I have used this app for a couple years and this just happened a month ago. Drop my trackers and won't let me re-enter them. This all started when t mobil and sprint merged.Fix the app please.

Paid for it and could not get it to work. What a big waste of my dollar. And yes I called tech and they told me to walk and drive around. You name it. Just would not pick up a satellite signal any where. So I gave up. Making instructions a lot more clearer and easier to use, and get somebody in there who knows and, key word here, WANTS to help u get it to work would help a lot. They would basically get me to take a walk and when i came back in they were gone and couldnt get any one else.

I can't get the app to recognize the device after I've entered it correctly and it says the device was added successfully. When I check the app for the device location, it says there's no device listed and that I need to enter the device. I've entered the same device about a dozen times and it's not sticking long enough to check location once

SUCKS!!! Still have till 4-22-20 till my time runs out before renewal, can't charge device, can't login online, can't get straight service!!! Just a waste and so much aggravation! I'm so disappointed and now I may as well throw myself in kids trunk to track whereabouts than use this sad device. Grrrrrrrr

It worked at first then started to freeze. When it started again we paid for 2month and advanced. Now it doesn't recognize my gps device. Don't but this product.

Pretty much junk. Couldn't use my email. Said it was not good. Had it 10+ years. On for hours drove around. No position change from china. Frustrating. Not worth a penny. Piece of c..p.

Never even got the system working properly. When contacting the company all they did is refer me to self help forums that provided no assistamce. Worthless product that promised tech support they dont provide.

This app and the associated hardware that goes with it is exactly what I was looking for it works flawlessly for me and is extremely accurate

Has to be the first step into marriage and relationship destruction. 90 percent on here wanted to know what the love of their life was really doing ...alass i was one too, part of me is better off knowing but as they say ingnorance is bliss unless you get an std.

Had for several days and still cannot get it to activate. Even chatted with somebody who barely spoke English only to get no help

Doesn't work. Neither does the Ablegrid GPS tracking website. App interface is counterintuitive, gives error messages that make no sense. The Ablegrid tech support people were no help. A total waste of time.

I think you do not explain worth a dam on how to set it up, how to use it Correctly or anything else. Your tutorial is not even the same tracker I have. I think it's strait garbage!!!

What is the log in for my phone app? I tried with my gmail acc but it didn't work out. I can't get it to work on my phone, need help.

Keeps telling me there is no object even though it did earlier. Website works. Keep having to uninstall. App sucks.
