I can't reserve parking spaces either daily or monthly making the whole app useless. Also, in the hour its been installed, my phone notified me that it's frequently crashing. Avoid it and ABM if you can. The Transportation Center in Dayton has free parking currently or at least that's what I've been told. Will go there and walk 15 minutes to work to avoid this.

I'm trying to pay them for contract parking in the lot across the street from my condo, but none of their maps or searches will locate it. The "customer service" number on their sign just tells you to look at the website, and the website just tells you to download the app. What a dumpster fire of a company.

I've been working at LAX for 8 years and the parking for employees has become more and more complicated and fusterating. I've had a pass since we switched from the hang tags to the key card and have had nothing but issues. First when I applied for the key card in the east lot as I work in terminal 3 and 2  and being put in the south lot due to the east lot being sold out of the swing tags and by default remaining in the same lot when carrying over to the key cards. Now because I didn't pay the month of December on the first of the month and was unable to log in and pay for the that month I can't pay for January because my key card has been activated. I've tried calling to get this resolved just to be transferred at least 4 times to just to be told you have to visit the office. I went to the office to be told I now have to reapply for a parking pass because my old account has been blocked and now I cannot park in any of the employee parking lots because they are all full and sold out which I find extremely hard to believe that every single parking in every single lot is completely occupied for the shifts that I come in which is Sunday through Thursday' 1600-0030. I know the application ask when the employee works with I don't understand why that's a required field to fill out if that data isn't being calculated and used to improve the parking problems this station has. No helpful service has been provided by your company or any of your staff at any point, I have only been referred to go online to fix the issue which a majority of the time isn't on the website, like switching parking lots. Every other time when going directly to the parking sales office the staff simply tell me that there is nothing they can do without showing any type of initiative and just brush off any employee with an issue. Another issue with the whole parking policy is that I cannot pay in advance for an upcoming moth but yet when I went to the office at the beginning of December there is a sign that says parking for December and January is sold out which makes absolutely no sense. If I don't pay by the first of the month my card gets blocked and cant park for the rest of the month, if it's sold out for the next month then I can't purchase a pass at all.it seems like a never ending limbo for employees that already work at the airport.

I'm frustrated we keep going round and round with my password, and I don't like the idea that we're using debit or credit cards now ,I had no problem paying for my monthly parking permit in cash in person..why make things more complicated it should be optional how you want to pay it.

Can't login with my customer number or add my customer number to my account to access my monthly parking invoices to pay. How can an app be made not accessible to regular monthly paying customers? Just wasted my time.

This app would not recognize my login credentials no matter what I tried. Resetting my password did not help either. I was not able to use this app at all.

Horrible, was going to park at the school, the apps was recommended by the school, I installed it and their parking lot was not found. I tried nearby T-station 1400car parking lot, it was shown on ABM website, but app didn't find anything. Garbage!
