One BIG gripe I think justifies my two star rating. When I pay a bill(spend $ in general), there is a difference in available amount and ledger amount. Cool. When they match up again, if not careful to pay attention to the numbers, the bill looks to have been subtracted. Not the case! The bill money isn't subtracted and it looks like you have more $ than you really do. Then the money comes out and if you didn't know better, you can be in a real bind. Why if not to collect overdraft fees?

This app works fine but I had some trouble photographing checks. As soon as I clicked the shutter the image jumped down (toward the bottom of the check). It might be a camera issue but I doubt it; the camera works fine at other times. I had to "trick" the camera in order to get usable pictures.

My experience with the app is somewhat limited as I've been using it only three weeks. It provides only basic capabilities. It isn't very user friendly and lacks what I would describe as polish. I am also a member of a competitor credit union, here in Hampton Roads, and their app is significantly better. UPDATE: This app would be significantly better with things as simple as showing the due date for credit cards so we know when we log in and being able to do external transfers.

Every once in a while it will say I need to call my branch to for assistance with the app, but I usually just close it out and open it again and it works fine. The app works great other than that, and probably my favorite feature is the mobile deposit feature for chexks. ive nkt had a problem with that once.

Absolute trash app AND website. Can't access our account numbers anywhere visibly. They don't have 24/7 call support so we will likely be late on our auto loan payment because we can't set up a transfer from Navy Fed. Navy Federal let's you see your full account numbers and has 24/7 assistance. Sad we chose to do our Auto loan through ABNB. Never seen a more simplistic, garbage "banking" app.

I would love the option to disable my debit card/ credit card, or disable online transactions, or set limits for transactions or withdrawals. That control would help tremendously if our card has been compromised or used w/o permission. I would also like the option of notifications as transactions happen or a daily/nightly transaction update.

The app has come a long way but there are many improvements that could be made. It would be nice if I was able to see my credit card transactions mostly. It would also be nice I'd there was a link to make payments from outside institutions.

Absolutely love this app when the deposit feature works. I also love the convenience of being able to transfer money between savings, anytime and checking.

I can't even log in after downloading the app. so as far as i can tell the app just doesn't work. dont remove support for phone to go on the the website either, it's pointless fox your app

App doesn't allow you to control all of your accounts. Every account that I have in the bank is not able to be viewed or accessed by this app. My IRA can not be viewed. My savings cannot be accessed. My Visa Credit card cannot be accessed. This app is not worth having.

The app no longer works since the new upgrade of the system. The new yellow app doesn't exist for android phones, only for iPhones. I think that's absolutely unfair and false advertising on ABNB's part.

Great 1st time experience. I was worried about making a mistake. But the directions were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely use this feature again!!!

This app was great for what I needed it for until the last few days when it will no longer open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times with no luck. This needs fixed ASAP.

I have no complaints, it serves the purpose I need it to. to view my account and transactions, however, I do wish I could see the pending transactions through the app though; and transfer between accounts.

Love this app!! I definitely love the fingerprint option. This saves me time and having to keep my password in a separate place.

Brilliant, easy to use interface. The instant balance feature is pretty nice.

Does not have many features or details, for example I have an auto loan but cannot see any details such as interest rate, or more info on loan, only the loan amount.

Horrible app! Does not update promptly, does not state due dates on loans, does not update credit card information or payment information. This app is basically a joke.

I reset my online banking on the computer after the new system upgrade, but it won't let my log in on the app. I'm not near a computer half the time so I'd like to know if I have any money in my pocket throughout the day.

app has improved greatly with the newest features; easier to do a mobile deposit, check accounts, move money around. nice adjustments.

Love the new check deposit process. The images are much more clear and probably makes verification easier.

I like this app because it is quick and easy. I only use this to check my balance and make payments on my loan. It does do more but I have not used those functions.

Great job making it easier. Only suggestion id make is that i used to be able to see my immediate trasnactions, now it seems like it takes 2 days.

I would like to add additional payees from my phone. I would like to see the last time I made a payment to the companies I have listed, and I would like text alerts

average, mediocre app. needs fingerprint login and ability to view credic card transactions and due dates.
