The main issue addressed was the sync of Forms which depreciated in functionality after new Android Operating System update was released by your carrier. This issue only affected devices which installed this new Android security update.
Software Licensing:
This application only works with the AboutTime mobile time & attendance software. You will need to purchase a device license from About Time Technologies before you can use this application with your system.

I used to be able to use this app on my galaxy note 8 just fine. Right now I'm using the galaxy s21 ultra and I can't get it to work. I added all my company information just fine but when it's time to use the app, I can't hit any numbers. It's just frozen.
Worst app on the Google Store Cant log Into this app MOST of the time. Sends "auto generated" reports, a month later. Then when cross reference d with actual time stamps at work... they are wildly different. The people who invented this app... obviously lack the anglo skills necessary for a smooth running piece of software.
App constantly will fail to sync and refuse to let me punch in my code to change numbers. Galaxy s10+. Went to reinstall and now app refuses to open.
App worled great on my old phone. (LG Stylo 2 Plus) But since I switched phones, ķeverytime i close the app, it loses all the information from my company and i have to re-install the app. 1 star until fixed. Samsung Galaxy A30
5 times a year I have to uninstall to quit it from locking up. Even went & upgraded phone to a Samsung Note 10+ but I'm right back to wasting productive time uninstalling & reinstalling....grrrr!
People who complain about it accessing the camera don't understand the full features of this app. There are a lot of functions it does. Just because you don't use them doesn't make it a bad app.
Have to give it permissions to everything in your phone for it to work properly and there's no need for this app to need to access all my phone's info, plus it constantly ceashes
It freezes and doesn't let me clock in always. Have to reinstall the app each time to make it work.
Stopped working after recent update. Seems to happen too often. Also, no way to go back and look at my hours.
Bye bye personal phone privacy. If you have to use this app, use it on your employer's company phone not your personal phone. It is way too intrusive.
It used to have a good memory of places visited, now probably just the week or so, and I mu line of work requires me to drive a lot
The app wont open on my Note 8. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
as an employer its a good way to keep time and pay rates straight as an employee i see no reason it needs access to camra or mic

Manage about 50 Android devices and as part of our Samsung Knox Deployment, had to About Time about 50 times on each device...the annoying part which is new as of 2-3 weeks now is "Synchronication error! Operation aborted! Connection Reset This". All permissions granted, signal strength is good on LTE...what's going on?
