The app is just as frustrating, agrovating and useless. Use app to get answers to something only to wait to receive nothing back. Place request for help with empty lot to be clraned due to it being a safety issue for those in the neighborhood. Get a email notification that it has been done with in a few weeks. Thar email is deceptive because it is exactly the same. Nothing is done to help clean it or make it safer even after several more requests and calls 3 months later. Useless app

this app is amazing anytime you have problems that you need to be reported the city is able to let you know who to contact or they just take care of it and assign it themselves a really great app if you live in Albuquerque.

Overall very convenient to report issues. Would make "report issues" and "large residential item pickup" buttons for home screen, though.

We have lived with an issue about really bright outdoor lights on our neighbors backyard for half a year and I sent a request to see what can be done this morning on this app and it is already solved within one day! Unbelievably fast. Thank you, we will be able to sleep now!

This app is strange and I feel hard to use. But it is so hard to get through on your telephone lines. I am never sure if you really get the submited issue

It's easy to use and understand. I love not having to wait on the phone for 30+ mins just to report a simple issue or problem.

spams me with notifications about winter weather. If i wanted a weather app I would have gotten a weather app.

Wouldn't let me register. After 30, yes 30 of those stupid "I'm not a robot" questions, gave up. Developer needs to fix

This app is a great way to interface with the City of Albuquerque website services. As you might expect there are a lot of areas where the interaction is very awkward. The geolocation is not as accurate as I would like but that could have to do with my current position. Overall, this app does the job. But I would love to see improvements in performance and navigation.
