I purchased all pieces of grade 1-8 violin last year, but it has all been almost all disappeared. I try uninstalling and reinstalling the app then clicking 'Restore pieces', none of the pieces have been downloaded. I tried all possible technique. And I also ensure my phone have enough memory (more than 20GB available) Please help.
Playing is sometimes stuck, I have to forcibly terminate the app and restart it for play/pause to work again. Second issue is with longer pieces when the screen goes dark, the app should force the screen to stay on, not to fiddle with the buttons / auth in that case.
Keeps crashing. It was working well until today. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled but it wouldn't download the pieces I had purchased. And then when I close and try to open it again it kept crashing again.
When we start to use more ofter , the app is crashed, and unable to use , don't open or close in half of the song . I uninstall the app and suggest me pay all pieces again . Pls need more support in the app
The it was useful for playing pieces on my phone however the slow down function on the app,which I bought it for, I was disappointed by. This function simply slows down the piece. You may think this is good however if you know about sound and think about it for a few seconds you will realise it is flawed. If you add a slowing down effect to a sound file, it will change the pitch of the sounds, making it useless to practice to as you will start practicing to something entirely out of tune.
I just bought a set of pieces but when I try to download them it says error downloading. I tried on WiFi and not on WiFi. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and trying again. Same error. I sent an email and a form to the technical support but it now 5 days later and still no reply at all. Update : issue now fixed, thank you.
I like the app a lot, however it does not work well. My main annoyances are: A) I recently bought all the grade 3 pieces and only one is playabl B) I got a new phone and lost all my old pieces for previous grades that I often play while warming up or for fun. Not sure if this is a bug or something to do with my android account or if it's simply that by design you lose the songs but I'm seriously not buying more with the knowledge that replacing my phone means losing all previous pieces
I have found this excellent so far. All pieces download with no problem (I have used 6). I like the options of accompaniment or violin alone or together, change speed and loop. Volume fine for me as I plug into a smallish portable radio that happens to have a nice sound for violin. Tuning tone would be handy as some online stuff uses A=440 and some 442.
Just purchased 3 grade 7 pieces but they don't show in the app. When I want to "restore" my pieces, the message is "no pieces to restore. All your pieces are downloaded to your device". How can I import them? Update: pieces are working great the following morning. Still have trouble changing the character but can do without it. Being able to slow the pieces down is priceless!
Stopped working after playing 3 tunes. Now I can't get it to play anything. Every attempt shows as "recently played" - not! Glitch seems to have resolved...it's working well now. It will be a very useful tool.
I had paid grade 3 paper and cannot open even I press "play" button many times. While my girl paid grade 2 paper and cannot reinstall her paper after her device changed. It was unhappy shopping experience to us. Strongly request the developer review and check the app. Make sure its okay for install.
I purchased yesterday all pieces of grade 5 violin but it has been almost 24 hours that none of the pieces have been downloaded. I tried all possible techniques solutions suggested by Google store but still didn't work. I tried to contact the developer through the ABRSM website but the message cannot be sent and always shown error.
The music doesn't download properly, the sound is very low, doesn't play with my Bluetooth speakers. We have 1G internet speed so definitely not a problem on our side.
The accompanymant is too quiet. I can't hear it as I play and there doesn't seem to be a way of changing the volume. I tried changing the settings on my Hudl 2 but it had no affect. Please fix this!
Bought 2 of the 3 pieces to practice for my exam. One piece works perfectly the second doesn't even play. Real useful. I appreciate it's £1.49 a piece which isn't alot of money but going by previous reviews this is not a new thing. Update: went back Into the app to practice and the second piece no longer works. I have uninstalled the app
Often crashes after one tune so have to keep closing and reopening. Main problem is volume though- it'a much quieter than other apps and have to use a speaker to be able ti hear over the violin.
Fantastic to practice with but having purchased 3 songs only 2 downloaded I am unable to utilize one of the pieces I paid for and have not yet received an answer as to how to correct it.
Paid and installed it. I managed to play one piece once, and was happy, but since that, nothing happens when I hit play button... extremely disappointed
I downloaded grade 2 paper before, but once i changed my device. It cannot work while cannot download grade 3 paper as well, pls fix.
Does not have access to all pieces, only those in the printed ABRSM book for each grade which is a pity as it could be very useful
Great app that my daughter has used for grades 3, 4 and now 5. Very reliable and really useful features for practising pieces.

The app is very useful and I like the possibility to slow down the pieces (I'm a violin teacher). I'm very disappointed that they do not include the alternative pieces (it used to be a cd with all the pieces in the book+ all the extra pieces you can buy separately). Sadly the App has now stopped working on my phone ( it worked ok for 2 years), it refuses to open it! I have uninstalled the app and installed it again to no avail...
