I've tried lots of workout apps before and they are all usually very hard to navigate and I can never see myself wanting to stick to anything that they are having me do. But with this one I like that at the end of your first workout it lets you take a quiz to describe your current body type and what you're trying to achive amd it gives you a video that makes it alot more encouraging to stick to this plan.
Haven't quite started yet. But I love the fact that it informs you of if you have medical issues, talk with your physican first. High blood pressure, diabetes, etc. Which I have both and ❤️ problems. I think all excercise apps should give NOTIFICATIONS of health dos and don'ts
I use to workout every day. But as everyone I have changes in my schedules. This app helps me to do everything that must be accomplish every single day including my exercises. I just love it.
At first i used to watch videos on you tube but there were no results...as soon as i started to follow these exercises it took only 4 weeks for me to see the results....i really like it💗💗💗
It's okay. Not the best workout app not much motivation to do this one, but I guess if you keep following it you'll have results
Needs a way to skip an exercise. Some people are starting out heavy and can't do certain ones.
Is simple and always the same exercises, the only thing it changes is how long are toy doing them.
I love the exercises on the app but it would be nice to know how many calories I'm burning and have a variety or mix of different exercises every day
It work's amazingly if you dedicate yourself to the work out daily you will get results that you looking for!
I like the app it is challenging enough for me. I just wish it worked the arms more.
It works well for me I got changes with in 4 to 5 weeks my first training was 7 weeks, it's and amazing app
IT HELPS me a lot in doing my daily exercises.. thanks for this app i am motivated to do my workouts even in a short time of the days .. makes me fit ..
Only thing my gf don't like there no stretches before and after the work out. Also there is no reminding of breathing during excerise.
i love this app❤, i needed to workout💪, so i downloaded this app, and i love this workout on here, one day i will be a wwe diva. And this is my way to start. i can set it for the next day📆 and everyday📅. i love this app so much❤ thank you😊
Useless. Same excercises everyday. No workout plan. No rest days.

Luv this app the only thing its lacking is different workouts exercise but yea its fab would defo recommend

Well, this is my first time using this app. I really hope I get a six pack!!!!!
Pro: This app has basic core exercises that are effective, when done consistently. Cons: I don't like the fact that it regularly crashes, the calendar doesn't keep up with my progress, even when I go through the exercises in the time allotted for the difficulty level and the reminder feature doesn't work. I might just find a better app that is more interactive and updates in real time.
