Nice and simple, no frills, gets the job done. Recommended. However, it would be nice if you could set the exercise duration to whatever you want rather than the list of time options, there's a massive difference between 30 and 45 seconds if you're getting tired and there's nothing between 60 and 90 seconds, so either add more in-between options or variable time setting slider.
I like the set of exercises but it is taking me some days to get used to the app. There's no sound notice of the exercise rhythm and, as some exercises do not allow me to see the phone I don't do the repetitions the app wants. I also had to increase the get ready timer to 15 seconds to allow me the time to change positions and understand the exercise. When the screen is in the portrait position, it is not intuitive that the timer is also the pause button.
What I really like about this fitness app compared to other ones I've tried, is that there's an option to make my own custom workouts. It's pretty much the thing I've missed in every other app and why eventually I have gotten bored with all of them, having to repeat the same routine over and over again. And this one has loads of options to choose from. Also the different exercises are clearly displayed, so don't need to stop the exercise to go check how it's correctly done. Nice app. 😊
Been using for 6 days. App does not sync to Google Fit. App was working really great for first 4 days. I like the exercise routines and how movements are displayed while I am doing exercises. I really like the countdown timers and warning so I don't have to worry about looking at my watch. On Days 5 and 6 the app began freezing. Day 5 app completely froze and I had to terminate in phone app manager. Day 6 the workout kept restarting. I set for 15 minutes if complex core. With 9 minutes left in workout is when it restarts workout but at new start point with different exercise and clock countdown goes back to 15 minutes. I am going to uninstall. I cannot continue restarting the routines from beginning. I have limited time to do exercise, which is why I liked being able to choose in the app how much time I wanted to workout on each day.
Really like this app. You can choose how long you want the workout to be. You can skip without reducing the time left. It tells you how much time left for each exercise plus the whole workout. I asks at the end if it was too easy and will adjust for next time. Animations are clear and plenty of time to get reafy for next. If you pay a small one off fee you can make your own workouts.
Not sure why all these workout apps have the highest ratings when they are so basic. the core one is pretty much just different types of planks. Not a lot of exercises and not a lot of variety in the exercises. You wouldn't use this app more than about 3 times. YouTube videos provide more and are also free.
First workout. Lets see how it goes, but I already see that this will be good for strengthening my core. A month already? I feel great. I like the complex core program. Clearly I am thankful that I had the discipline to stick to it, yet I like the app, the gif videos of each exercise and voice leading of the workout. There may be better ones out there but I am pretty happy here.
Really good, and allows you to determine intensity and length of workout, AND say how you found your workout so that next time it's automatically easier/harder for you. And you can play music in the background whilst using it 😁. Would be better if it sent you a daily reminder/had a scheduling tool incorporated into it.
More physiotherapy-like exercises than the ones to build muscles. For example, it suggests to do "roll back shoulders" or squats with your own weight in the middle of "Strong back" program. Not a bad app, but its title and programs names are a bit misleading.
I prefer this one over the many other apps. Live video demonstration, awesome working logic, you can skip exercises... overall very good, exceptional functionality. A nice addition to this app is that this is about the core muscles, so not just abs but back muscles too. You decide if you want to include back exercises or stick only with the abs. Altogether very good app but lacks some great exercises. A similarly very good alternative is "Six Pack in 30 Days" from Takalogy Corp. with more superb exercises.
First time I tried this app. Very different from the majority of apps, and I've tried many of them. You define the time of the workout, the videos help a lot, exercises are varied and work all of the body. I will definitely stick with this one for a long while. And the premium subscription is very convenient. Good job!
Quick effective workouts that give results. Love you can very length in 5 minute intervals routines. Adore that you don't need to watch all kinds of commercials to unlock everything! Overall good experience
Great app, love that you can set what workout and how long. Exercises are brilliant, easy to follow. Suggestion for improvement would be; 2-3 warm up and stretch after excerice session. Just slightly longer before next exercise to get into position without having to pause. Maybe a 5 sec downdown.
It is core, and for that it is excellent. And as well, these series of apps, with specific movements for fitness without elaborate equipment, are accessable, crystal clear in presentation, markedly effective, and meditative to boot (one can focus on the routines, as a mantra, naturally).
I feel the difference from last week to this week. Even though I felt it more in range of motion. More power, better range. Been using fitify before my injury. Glad to be back to using it.
This app is fab. You can a good workout and you can select the level of difficulty, you can also choose how long you would like to do it. The exercises can also be previewed before starting. I have recommended this app to family and friends and they also find it very good.
Perfect motivation and instruction. I currently use the abs and the stretching apps for 5 min each -every day pre weights. Doesnt sound like much but Ive seen rapid results. It's also great for when you dont have time for the gym or you're on vacation. Love this app.
I already have the Fitify Cardio/HIIT app and I LOVE it. I thought I'd give this a try, and so far, loving it also! Just like the HIIT app, the workout is made for you, but you can modify. Choose your workout time frame, and just hit BEGIN. (remember that whatever time you choose will be the time you WORK... it does not count the rest times built in as part of your chosen workout - which I enjoy!)
I've got most of the apps downloaded. At the moment really loving kettle bell and the one time purchase of the premium in kettle bell. This is great, since I don't have much experience with weights at the gym. It's helping me to explore new things!
I love Fitify's abs, core and back. It adjusted to me by making the next workout easier when I repeatedly fast forwarded through exercises that were too hard. Now I have a routine that works for me. I'm getting stronger and improving my posture, a long-time goal.
I really like the difficulty adjustment feature! It will help me avoid plateaus and begin my workout regimen with lowered risk of injury. Great app, and just what I needed to get going again after surgery.
Not a bad app with clear video of exercises to do. My only criticism is a lot of the exercises cross over into the different routines you set whether it be for insane abs, complex core or back. I tend to do 7 mins on each circuit and will complete the same exercises several times.
Enjoyable! Great app to do a workout with. I have done one every other day and can feel the difference after 2 weeks. Enjoyable and I change the exercise if I find it too difficult.
Jesus! This app drills you.. I'm certain you can achieve results in just weeks.. You get to choose the time you want to work out for and it just keeps the exercises rolling in for that time frame.. Really intense (even though basic exercises) and great.
Been using it since a few weeks and love that one can choose how long the sesion should last and that it's asking afterwards if I found it too hard or easy and adjusts next time. It tells and shows what to get ready for (the next exercise) and one can adjust the time in between as well but the only thing I'd like to change is, that it would say "start" when the prep-time is over. It shows the countdown but doesn't say to start now. Other than that, I really love it so far.
