Brilliant app. Breaks up the daily routine to allow for muscle rest while focusing on other core based routines. Reps climb gradually and can be paused for breaks if necessary. Will keep and repeat as part of my regular exercise regime from now on Great for beginners or intermediates alike.

Personally I think that this app is very useful because , when you finish the 30 day workout plan you can make you'r own workout plan . The best part about making you'r own workout plan is that you can make it as hard as possible or as easy as possible , also you would know what you have put in your own workout plan , and it just helps a lot also it might work you just might get abs as long as you are ready to work for it .
