It is a very adequate program and it gives real results. I used it before and got my abs in a week and a half. I am now doing it again and am on my second day and already seeing results. Thank you for this program Ab Workout App it is very helpful and easy to follow.
Really love the count, it helps me not cheat! The animations are very clear and easy to understand. There are very very few ads. On day five so far and loving it!
second day. loving it but I wish it had allocations for beginners, intermediate and advanced. the side plank rotations on day 2, I couldn't do. I had to skip but I did planks instead
I like this app, 1. for its color. it's straingh but has motivator color ๐ค๐ค๐ค 2. like workouts, there are easy and usefull and.. 3. like that i can train how much I want, like has other modul for personal training sets... thank you โ๏ธโฅ๏ธ
Quite simple and functional. Unfortunately, there is no synchronization with Google Fit and similar services.
Personally I think that this app is very useful because , when you finish the 30 day workout plan you can make you'r own workout plan . The best part about making you'r own workout plan is that you can make it as hard as possible or as easy as possible , also you would know what you have put in your own workout plan , and it just helps a lot also it might work you just might get abs as long as you are ready to work for it . I have been working out but it hasn't worked out for me yet but it will
as a former athlete, after four years of being very ill, i wanted a moderate workout program. This is great!! Doable, but still feel it. Thank you!!
Love this app. Reminders are great. They should make a sound or vibrate though. Added benefit of some glute work too.
I just downloaded this app, and I am loving it. Only downside is there too many ads..Nonetheless, still worth it.

Unfortunately, this is not a good application, the order of the workouts is not right and before the body gets warm enough, the workouts start much harder.
Work outs are not challenging enough: it needs to add more plank and cardio routines ...Or it does not deliver results.
This app is pretty great its not bad it tells u what to do before starting. You really start to feel your abdomen get sore thats a good sign๐๐๐
Started 09/12/19 abs are on fire already and I'm on day 2 today. I hope to give a better review when progress is visible.
I'm on day 3 and I can feel that my muscles have been working. I don't think there is any part of my abdomen that doesn't feel achy. Well worth doing!
Easy to use and gives a great challenge with lots of different exercises.
So far so good im on day 13 and i have no complaints about the app It gives me time to prepare and learn,if i want to re do the exercise i can do that So its a great app Love it

its very slow and the voice added in it also so slow that you don't get motivated to do the exercises even a 1percent
Good options when there isn't enough free time. Variety of excersises is good too.
Amazing app to train urself and motivate urself to workout it has many different exercises for each day and it really helps building ur body i highly recommend

Brilliant app. Breaks up the daily routine to allow for muscle rest while focusing on other core based routines. Reps climb gradually and can be paused for breaks if necessary. Will keep and repeat as part of my regular exercise regime from now on Great for beginners or intermediates alike.
