It's got alot of good variations and the workouts are perfect for that visible result. The confidence in me since using this app has been alot better, being someone who struggles with high functioning autism it was kinda suprising to see the notification banner on my phone. But I then went into the app and when I realized the quality of this app, I decided to keep it. Imma give this app a solid 4 stars cuz honestly you guys nailed it on every corner with this fitness app, good job my friends💰👏
Nice short workouts, but done daily (or almost, anyway) it does produce results. Only wish they'd tell you how many reps the exercise will require during the "rest" period before the exercise time starts. I don't really care about the points, but I suppose it adds to the fun. There are ads, but not too bad.
Great app, straight to the point, no frills, it has ads but they are not interstusive. If you stick to it you'll see results in 1 - 2 weeks depending on your physique. Keep in mind, if you're eating junk food, smoking / drinking regularly + doing these workouts... Don't expect to see any results.
The app is awesome and very easy to follow... The animated guide really helps to show how a particular workout is done. This is truly amazing
Been using Abs Workout for a week and so far it's exactly what I wanted, a simple, easy, well laid out app that gets you to the exercise mat and moves you along to completion. Great variety of levels, no fancy frills, just the basics.
So far the app works great, different areas of excercise everyday. So nothing is routine. I like that you can build up to how many times you want to repeat the steps over. Good for beginners, which most apps of workout are not.
Nice app but would have been better if it would allow the user to choose for themselves on the type of exercises they wanna do.. Like on which issue they wanna focus. And I would suggest dividing the work out routine in 3 phases :warm up, customised work out, and the end would give it a more defined structure. Thank you
This app is fantastic it starts off easy than goes harder slowly throughout the days. Also, they have a diet for you but the only fault, is that the exercises randomly switch off whiich is okay but a bit annoying and the diet has the same food like 3 or 4 times a week please get this app
I feel great every day after my exercise. The exercises are easy andexplained well. the only thing with the eating section please add a shoppinglist of all the food needed a week in advance, because it takes a lot of time to go into each day to see what is needed.
I'm ex-military yet I found the exercises well structured and beneficial. It's great to be able to choose the number of laps you need. It's definitely a great way to get back into full force fitness. I highly recommend!!!
It is very good BUT.... I dont know what exercise is next and I will like to see a little display when all are shown just before you click to begin exercise. We need to know the lenght of duration of next exercise while waiting. Number of laps should be fixed; I don't opt for an extra lap because we are naturally lazy
Instructions for some exercises are a little unclear, but all in all, quite useful. Some of the 'motivational' reminders can be a bit off putting. ;)
I have enjoyed working out with this app. It rips you off but it's totally worth it. I love the hard level phase and the healthy eating plans it provides are easy to follow. I have never been this healthy in my life
Absolutely fantastic, start with the level 1's for a good week or so and then start the 2's. I'm more on the athletic side but this app will always be a daily routine for me. Great app, and easy to use.
Really good mix of ab exercises without all the annoying pop ups the plague a lot of other exercise apps. Does have some ads but does not interfere with the work or or other apps like another exercise app does.
It's a great app with great excersies and I am thankful for it, but with this last update, suddenly you went premium for some parts which i was using them via ads! And I had to start a new month training! Please do something about it, and keep the ads!
Very good app to use. I haven't done exercise for long so it was very hard from beginning. Now I am on a day 17 starting the Easy routine again by doing 2 laps every day. I do not do a rest day. The app keeps me going and I love it.
This training workout really is a Third quenching. It helped me throughout the process in short period of time. The irony is it might be your strength and stamina but dont hold back .. this is really good
I have been using this app for just about a year now. It definitely works if you don't cheat, BUT you won't see results until you really add some genuine cardio to it, even walking could be a way to go.
This is one of those exercise apps that don't feel like they are working, but the results start showing in a week. My core is definitely stronger thanit used to be. And I can see my stomach getting flatter by the day.
Works well. I like the countdown and finish sounds so you can focus on the exercise.
Great app. Just about halfway through the first week, and I'm already seeing some sort of improvement. The ads are non-invasive, overall a great app for those that want to get back in to shape. So I'm giving you guys a full five stars
Definitely motivated me to achieve the goal of having a six pack a great app that u can use any where anytime what i dislike though is the ads that keep on appearing but either then that the app is amazing
Very nice app. Are ads but not bad. One sneaky Pete trick is to have an ad appear where the next button moves from. Other than that. I recommend.
it is a good mix of exercises that makes me feel sore but not in pain. I wish it had the narrator voice that gives helpful tips like a few differrent apps i use.
Great app guys must download if u want to see fast results Goods 1. Amazing collection excercise 2. Daily progressive increament in excercise 3. diet plan provided(best part) 4. Can make ur own work out plan Bads 1. Same set of excercise everyday which makes workout little boring 2. No warm-up n cool down or stretching excercise ( pls consider as suggestion) 3. No data for calories burnt after workout.(suggestions) Suggestions:- 1. Would be great if u can data related to weight calculation
I'm only 3 days in and I already feel much healthier and I can start to see results, I rate this app 5 stars and I know people say they get annoyed by the ad at the end of the workout but that's nothing compared to most apps. I definitely recommend :)
Best app for core workout. It gives an animated demo of the excercise. It gives a notification in the morning to remind us to excercise. The app suggests daily diets. The app is linked with youtube, so we can watch a human do the same excercise. It contains three levels of difficulties. It gives us points. Each level contains around 10 workouts based on the difficulty. No advertisements or paymemts. We can set our own set of workouts or challenge ourselves with combination of all workouts.
