I really enjoy this app, I find the workouts to be just at my level as well as motivating. I think anyone who wants to start working out but doesn't know where to start should try out this app for a bit. I love all the mini facts that it gives you after a workout and the voice feature for the excersices is wonderful. 10/10 would recommend
It's a pretty good app, but it relies heavily on crunches, which are bad for your back and don't work your abs as much as other exercises. If this app were to switch from relying on crunches to something that doesn't unnecessarily strain your back and neck, it would be much better. I find my self spending time when I should be working out finding replacements for crunch exercises.
Great layout and easy to follow. The exercises are a fun mix into my usual routine. And the ads do not get in the way! :) However the narrator says some things that do not fit with scientific research and I wish it wouldn't spread incorrect information. (Ex. you cannot spot reduce your love handles or belly fat.)
Good app, workouts are really good and its easy to understand the only thing I really dislike is how you cannot mute all sounds. It has a rater disturbing "bing" when you finish a workout thats unmutable. Would love it if the developers made it mute-able.
Love the workout, don't like that it records the competition date at end time and not when you started, so if you go over a minute past midnight, it records the workout then and not the actual day you did it. This creates issues with point rewards.
If you consistently follow all routines then you will get a lunatic and impeccable body shape. Just need to stick and do all workout sessions.πποΈ The most I loved in this app is daily tips. Only one bug I found is skip the excercise or reps, whenever I want to skip from that routine I have to wait for time...I dont want that π
Currently on week 2, so far like it a lot... I think it's more suited for beginners (at least at the start of the program), but could probably be adjusted by doing a harder versions or adding weights...
As a Nutritionist and Fitness Advisor,I would recommend this app for everyone.This app basically sets tge exercise's according to your comfort, which is a great thing for those who can't do such difficult exercise. This app focusses on the required parts of our body and which is essential too. This app is great for everyone from age 10 to 55 years. I have been recommending this for everyone since last 6 years, and everyone has shown a great result.I hope " Leap Fitness Group"brings exiting apps.
I like this ab workout. The only thing that i dislike is all the exercises are not equipped w a timer. Ill be deleting soon.. If im on the floor there and i cant see my phone there isnt any alert or count down. This only happens on the first and last workout. Please fix otherwise it was great.
This is a great app to help you get back into fitness. It has clear instructions. The count downs are very helpful and the there is good variations of exercises too. Excellent app.
Some Abs apps put too much strain on my lower back, while others start too advanced. This had a good beginner starting point and gradually advanced me, without too many exercises. It's just right!
These apps exceeded my expectations. They have some to target anything you need to work on individually or everything at once. I have five of these downloaded and am using daily and can already see and feel improvement in myself. The advertisment on a lot of these say "In thirty days" I doubt it will happen that fast but I do know it works. Stay consistent and you will see results, I promise.
Love it. Gives you a break every 4-3 days. Workouts are simple

It was good actually got a 6 pack from it after the last month saw some great progress from before I started working out. But even after doing every day I still couldn't unlock the last month and had to buy it.
Very easy to use. You can set reminders with the app. Different difficulty levels are present. Apps are not intruding. Awesome all in all
This app doesn't bring anything to my workout that I didn't already have. Its just a way for the developer to charge for a premium service and show you ads if you don't pay. Would never recommend buy a book of a yoga poses. Will cost as much as 1 premium payment and there's no ads. If you actually use this app I'm going to assume your just really lazy
Since last March I have been using different apps by leap fitness group, I tried split training and still doing it till now, it is great. I tried this app today but before I used lose belly fat app, the exercises there requires more time, i also tried women workout at home, the general exercises are amazing for overall body exercise. My only concern is HIIT, I can't seem to find app by leap fitness group.
Unique exercises that makes you want to keep going for more exercises! I easily get bored, and I think exercise variation is a great thing for me.
I wish there was a. Way to sign in. So when I switch to a new phone, all progress is saved. But starting over is good, too. Get to work it all again.
Excellent choice of daily core exercises. Most do not have a time limit allowing for completion or adding a few more reps.
Abs workout is wonderful concept, And actual app is great. Amazing app , definitely better than competition. I love this app. Works perfectly and smoothly . I would highly recommend this app to anyone out there . The app is easy to use. β€οΈπ€

A neat-looking app. It would be nice to include the rest-time thingy where you can adjust the rest-time between sets.
Great app. Exercises are simple and get progressively more difficult, as they should. Lots of adds, but it's a free app so I don't mind.
This app is pretty awesome!! The workouts are accurate and so far that i've been doing them i do feel the calories burning!! so i love this app and 5 star fits it!
