Exercises complexity is growing too fast. I'm on the beginner level, and after 11 days I can't complete the set anymore.
This app is really helpful. The exercises is not too hard or too easy. But i think it's better to have some warmup exercises before go to main practice. Because many user will not know that we need to warm up and it's not good for them, it can cause some injuries.
Please check Day 21 of the 30 day challenge medium level - it wanted me to do back extensions for 18:45 minutes. Hmmm. I paid for this app, I expect that it has at least been checked. This is not the only time this kind of error appears.
The simplicity of the app allows me to focus on the actual exercises, which is great because I don't like noisy 'encouraging' AIs
I am in very bad shape and I am not very active. This app has helped me by starting slow and keeping me engaged with small progressions. I love it!
the app motivates! thanks for the balanced programs. but isn't there a mistake in 30 days medium program in day 21? back extensions for 18 minutes?
Ridiculous!! You need to be Captain America to get through level 1. Dont waste your time the workouts have zero planning.
Like the app but, it would be nice if it could sync its info with google.fit

There's no voice command or whatsoever to change the opposite direction of some exercises.
I love thos app, it's great. Just wish it linked to my Google fit app!

great! seeing some definition in my abs after 2 weeks. I'm kind of a couch potato, but I've been able to do this every day. mixing up the exercises is great.

I enjoy this app a lot. It is great for lazy people loke me. Starts with short excersises and allows you to increase the time gradually. Also 39 days training option is great for those who wants to follow a certain routine and see the results. Looking forward mine.
New to the app and loving it. It's a good break away from my regular work out routine and give me attainable goals as well as challenges.
WOW! After reading several reviews, I decided to give this app a try & I was not disappointed. I definitely felt every muscles in each target area burning. Am looking forward to my 30 days results. Will do my next review then.

Its a good workout app that helps people who don't have time for gyming sections to put their health and body in shape.
starting the thirty day challenge. seems promising, hope I stick with it. as far as the app is concerned, interface is simple and straightforward. has a wide range of callesthenic (spelling?) type exercises which vary the routines greatly so as not to bore you. I fondly recall many of these exercises from my basic training days. good stuff.
