I like this app a lot - many different exercises, proper time to take rest a bit, every exercise is clearly explained. After 1 week I feel much better than before and step by step I'm going back to shape.
I have been doing all the exercise displayed on this app and it's been superb!! You guys did well with this. I recommend this for people who are disciplined enough to want to truly exercise and get their stomach in shape. Thumbs up guys

It has helped me a lot in just a week and gives u good period of time to rest and I think it could help me if I just keep going don't give up and keep reading the instructions listed on the app so I know exactly what to do and make sure that I'm doing everything right.
The perfect application for losing weight I have ever tried. One of the hot points of this is that it has 3 sets for every action ant the number of excercises was perfect to make my body fit
Stretching is half the workout and on anything other than a phone - the app gets stuck on ads. Exit as isn't visible on a chromebook...

It's great if you follow the workouts properly, I haven't finished it yet and I see results. If you do it day by day, there will be a major difference I bet!
Today is day 1 of my work out and my body feels great , my thighs ,legs and stomach are burning in a good way . This is the best exercise app I've tried so far can't wait till day 30.

The app is the best one for abs, but the same activity is repeated 3 or 4 times. It has got some difficulties to do the same one
eh not much to do it kinda waists my time... but it works that's why I'm only giving to four stars... but yeah it works... if you don't have much time and your really bussy and you want to get abs... ...I wouldn't recommend this to you
After pregnancy i still had a mummy pooch but now i can see progress just at day 7, my waist is shapely again 😁 gave it a four stars because you pay for the other part.
I enjoy this app; however, I paid for premium. Account was charged. Had it for one day and is now back to free and asking if I want to buy premium?
It is a very useful app and easy to use and i like it so much, it helps me realy and after the training i really become exhausted
pictures don't project what directions say. three of same Excersize. doesn't make sense.

It's a very good app. Why 4star: after you finish all 3 stages there is no way you can continue and keep your results going. So it's only useful for the first 3 stages then you probably have to pay for the personal trainings.
