It's so much fun for a workout app... Perfect for a hyperactive person... The duration is best! However if you can add some more information on how to do it right for the beginners, I think it would be great... Thank you for the app being free. Thank you all very much 😊
I like using this app but The timer on some exercises seems a bit off e.g. Flutter kicks, mountain climbers, etc. It keeps going on for too long, doesn't seem to match the repeat no. Given there. Please look at it.
Its great. It is easy to follow, but it seems like there are some exercises that the counting is off like the flutter kicks. Overall it is still great that is why I gave 4.
I am enjoying this app already. It has become a part of my morning routine and the exercises are easy to complete. Just a little exercise in the morning helps me to be productive the whole day! I am no fitness guru and I certainly don't count calories. But I do try to eat well and work my body and muscles. This app is just enough for me.
Perfectly organized and simple, does the job more than okay, the exercises get harder as you go along and it's a good trainer if you're only starting as they have begginer level and advanced .
Nice variety of stomach exercises. I didn"t like the click sound so I turned the sound off when using ap. The click sound isn't needed, one can folliw the colorful visual progress chart at bottom of ap
This is an amazing app. I have been using it for a short amount of time and I'm already forming shape in my stomach. I also do other fitness/sports aswell that use your core but this app really gave me the push to actually form abs. Highly, highly recommend.

Good. but no results seen quicker.the workouts are for the start ups and it is best for them .there is daily notification of the task and u will be motivated to do so without skipping .
Love this app. Great for beginners and working your way to a more advanced level. Instructions and visuals are a great added bonus.
Easy to use, easy to do, feels good afterward, see/feel a difference after just a few days.
Great short workouts. Not too much to put you off!! And they are really effective.
The app keeps crashing which makes it impossible to continue your workout. If it continues crashing I am deleting and will find another ab workout app.
The app is alright but the voice is annoying and boring. The ticking sound is irritating. I would not recommend this app at all if you are not up for boring sounds. 😬😒 x o x o ME! 💗💖
Good, just a bit too fast on some exercises, also does not continue showing workout while counting down so you know what to do by the time you have to start.
In the advance level there is no access to day2 ...so u can only access day1....ONLY !!!! it's frustrating!!!..bc I was so excited to finish level 1 and it was goin sooo great ..I even got great results ...only to see I can't progress to day2 ..fix that plzzz . .. I even share to other friends and they to love it .so they will also be displease.wen they reach advance .level..😔😤.so fix it frm your ends plzz🙂😊
I'm seeing a difference since i started using this app. It has helped me a lot since im a mother who wants her figure back. I can't stop now this workout app it fantastic.
The workout is challenging and quick. Ads are short and barely a bother.
I really liked this app .It has a workout plan for you with tutorial video and timer also.It have health tips also.I would recommend that you should upgrade this app more with a daily diet routine.
At first I was skeptical about this app because it was free... But it has turned out to be better than my personal trainers! The only thing I wish was that they an even more intensive workout.
Wow... this app is really good it helps us to reduce belly fat and almost all the parts of the body by following the method of excercising ,I really do love this app 😍.
it is useful! don't give up and stick to the plan and it does work might be heavy at first but after three days you'll get stronger and it is no longer hard
Sometimes it doesn't make sound such as warning and when it's time to take a break a have to watch the phone and exercise at the same time
The exercises were a bit slow and like everyone else has said, the counter was off. Even after my first work out I feel toned. I am looking forward to my 15 and even 30 day mark!
The timer for a lot of workouts are off, and the written instructions are sometimes different from the animation. And there are TONS OF ADS. And also you can't get to see the written instructions before the next step(during rest time), which makes it hard for u to follow the next step unless u pause and go back to the prev step then press next step again - which is really disruptive and runs the momentum.
