An old program that was originally sold in paper format. Very convenient in app format. Marked down to 4 because reminder doesn't work even though it's installed on main memory
Had tried the original version and is trying the 2nd Version of it. The later stages are more intense and difficult. Hope to try the Ad -Free version if possible. Thanks

I thought it was challenging and productive, it has great new abb workouts that I've never tried before and it NEVER cliches or has any problems for me. Great to show a bit of definition in your abdominals too

The rep count timer set for all the leg raise exercises are way too fast, unless one doesn't care about proper technique--which is critical to ab exercises. As a result, starting at Level 2 and all remaining levels, the fast timer renders this app useless. There should be an option to set the timer speed. I would love to see a video of these exercises being executed correctly based on the current timer settings.
