The issues that some people mention eg it doesn't skip to the next part, no reminder etc are actually plus points for me - I've tried ones that do and there is usually a very confusing countdown and it goes too fast. With this I can go at my own pace. No ads while doing the workout, only when entering biometrics. Only thing I can say is could we add a few more for variety, can you explain whether we should be doing both sides of say, leg raise, side raise etc, and can you delete a biometric?

So far so good... I'm on my sixth day and I would totally recommend...I'm doing the advanced training and my stomach is starting to get a little hard.. u can't expect a six pack in a week so patience is a requirement... can't wait for the 30 days to see the results...
