There are a few bugs but support are trying there best to resolve it. It does not seem to want to save to Google fit so hi ou hope no problem will happen with app. Unfortunately it wouldn't move past day 9 and Google fit lost all my data. Now have to manually progress which messes with the scheduling and work out data. Like I said customer service is trying to resolve it.
It's my favorite workout app on the play store. My favorite feature is the animated person giving an example of the workout you're about to do. No other app does that! And the calendar reminders! I'm updating my review from 2019 because the app is STILL awesome
Downloaded similar apps in the past but none that had a clear visual representation of how to do the exercise. This looks brilliant and I look forward to using it once I get over my post holiday lethargy!
Loving this, just downloaded the 6 pack advance workout and really looking forward to seeing the results. Already seeing results from various workouts with these apps. Very happy with them too.
As a paid (pro) app, this should absolutely not contain further paid content. Fully half of the workouts and all of the training plans require in-app purchases (the workouts are $3.50 each!) and every update locks up more content. I have multiple apps from this dev and this is true of all of them, unfortunately.
the best home workouts ever. I wish they would come up with one workout app that combines all of the apps they have ) but with it or without it u guys have managed to come up with the best workout app in the Google play
It's pointless to upgrade unless you plan on spending ADDITIONAL money to subscribe or buy workouts. There's no point in upgrading just to be behind more pay walls. Got my refund.
The exercises are well illustrated and easy to follow along. Customer support is quick to reply and extremely helpful.
Got the pro/paid version and it still contains in app purchases. 2 stars. Would be 5 if they allowed everything for the paid version.

My all reps are finished in 10 minute. Do i need repeat the reps again for 10 minute .. Because in app it's says 20 minute workout time. please replay me...

This app was really improved last year. Now most of the bugs are fixed and the experience is much better.
okay exercise. But feels redundant if you have other apps from the same developer. What's the purpose? Also, app is using resources (ram) while not in use. Why? EDIT: I tested it as requested. RAM management is improved. Congrats. But I can't give better rating because I REALLY dont like when you buy an app and then you have to pay for added functionality inside the app. Also, dark theme needed. And few extra lower back exercises (it's mandatory for better results and health)

This was a free app for a brief time, figured it couldnt hurt to try it, and wow, not bad at all. Well organized, the UI is good and easy to navigate, you can easily see (good) 3-d modeled video examples of any move, including during a workout. Just tried this after a year of the P90x (the original) ab routine. This made for a great change of pace. Never heard of this company before but ill definitely keep an eye out.
I've had this app for a few weeks now. The exercises in it are ok. actually they're pretty good to get you back to a decent shape. What I don't like was the app crashes with the workout "Abs At Home." You encounter this workout halfway through the program and you can't skip days. So I talked to the developer and he told me to delete the app and reinstall. I did that and lost my progress. That would have been ok if that fixed the problem. Now I'm at a standstill with this app 🤨.
