This is a good game
As a shooter there's nothing new Herr but everything is definitely done right. Where out shines though is the absolutely stunning graphics. Enemies, effects and backgrounds absolutely pop and glow with their own organic movements and are so well done as to be almost distracting. I absolutely love this game!
Some super fun stuff in this game; meaningful and cosmetic upgrades to buy, great random upgrades with the ruin system. Game looks and moves great except the crudely drawn steam punk narrator. BUT. Facebook sign bonuses an in app purchase pop up marred an other wise wonderful game. The are not too intrusive, but they are just off putting. Seriously Facebook, what year do you think this is.
I find most these style games to be flawed in there controls or there laggy response.. In Abyss I'm able to keep getting better & the the game keeps up the pace. Plus the music, graphics, leveling esc.. Is Pro, thanx Dev.
It's quite addictive. The graphics are well done and the enimies are just though enuff too keep this old gamer coming back for "one more try". If I could change one thing it would be to have a level where it was "first person".
This is one of those unique games that strike a perfect balance between game play - visuals & sound! Very addictive, quite easy to play, but difficult enough to keep one engaged for hours! There is the ability to buy upgrades etc, but if you're patient, it's not really necessary. Another big bonus, no ads! All in all a worthy download!
This had everything you expect from a fast paced shooter. The enemies are randomized enough to stay interesting, and the leveling system is well balanced to give the feeling of steady progress without being too repetitive.
I disagree with some of the reviews that find the game boring. Excellent game play, graphics and music. I play the game almost every day and find it stimulating and challenging. If you dont want to spend, a little graft will help you advance. Good work Chillingo and thanks for a fantastic endeavor.
Like this game it's very addicting and looks great the designers made it easy to upgrade and respawn cuz you use game currency instead of having to use real money but I'm thinking I may just buy a new sub
Not exactly a traditional shooter, but fun all the same. Looks and plays really well with a unique aquatic theme. Unobtrusive ads is a bonus.
The sensitivity needs some work because it does not keep up with my finger when I'm trying to move fast.
Fun game with lots of awesome graphics... it just gets so busy and crowded without really having a chance. It would be nice not to have to start back from the beginning once you died.
Not a new concept but still fun enough to waste some time on here and there. Everything in the game looks really good, including the UI with polished animations.

This game keeps getting harder and faster even on the lower levels the more you play it. Right now level 3 is much more difficult than level 6 was a week ago. Obviously trying to twist the players arm to spend money. Uninstalling now
Like this game. Only problem is you have some enemies that come from the bottom of the screen that you cant shoot at and they fly straight at you. Unavoidable and you take damage. Sorry but that's just stupid.
I've been looking for an awesome game and this one knocks it out of the universe. It just needs one bug fix that I noticed so far, the game would pause on its own sometimes. I will give it 5 stars after I know that the glitch has been fixed.
One problem, if I find myself towards the Google Now activation button, the game closes out and has trouble getting back in again.
I'm not a game freak but this has me hooked. This is the first game I ever had that kept my intrest.its simple and easy. Thanks

Not bad. Instead of being in space, it's underwater. We need to explore the deep sea instead of space. Good game. Great music.
