It's a nice app to accompany the AC conversion prepaid card. But it's definitely missing some important features. No fingerprint login and it doesn't let you use saved credit card makes it very annoying during purchasing. Please fix this soon.
App doesn't work for Android. Just goes to loading screen but never opens. Used to work fine. Please fix your app!!!!! Update- a year later and app opens now but freezes when you try to load funds. Support suggests get a new device rather then they fix issues. But ibam not buying and Apple phone just for this app. Complete Garbage.
App Barely Works. Lots of static between pages. The update has made it worse and as this card is for travel it makes things very frustrating. I like the biometric update but if I can't load funds without the app closing its not very helpful
I like the idea of this card, but unfortunately other than the initial load that I did in person, I was never able to load additional funds with the app. I get errors every time.
It works, barely. The app does not make things easier. It would be better if it could use biometrics to sign in. It is easier for me to access my account on Google Chrome because Chrome remembers my password. The only thing worse are the exchange rates.
had issues with app however once i uninstalled the app and reinstalled app it worked. gave 4stars cause if you want canadian dollars,you have to register as a bill payment and wait three days. would be nice if they allowed a email dirext payment to load funds in canadian then transfer to other currencies if wanted.
An app like this shouldn't be buggy. It's messing with your money. Everything I open it it says it won't connect to servers.
Keeps crashing. Doesn't show how much money I have anymore and I can't load funds anymore. How about a little effort and fix at least some basic stuff?
Wont work with a 2021 Samsung A7 tablet. The tablet cant even find it on playstore. Tablet is running Android 11. Works on a Samsung A32 cell phone. Lots of people use tablets when travelling. Will likely be cancelling card.
Not usable. Keeps crashing on Android 10 even after multiple fresh installs.
Problems with the app not recognizing my password, get alot of login errors also I cannot use my CIBC debit card to reload this card, I have to wait 3 banking days to get funds loaded on the card through bill payment
Unusable app, not able to set an expiration date, unbelievable they put in production something like that.
good App but need more things like thumb scan to save passwords and Canadian dollars to downloads too to spend inside Canada
Terrible interface, even worse rates. Pretty much gouging on the FXrates.
Doesn't work. It says its sent a "secret code" to my email for verification but tge email never arrives.
App never opened. In line with the customer service.
Doesn't work on Pie and newer. Just hangs on logos.
The most widely excepted card in my wallet, seems too gain merchants respect world wide with cutting edge currency exchange rate.
The app would be better if it displays the balances.

Recently app does not show wallet balances in my wallet.
I used this when i went to the US and it's so convenient!

Firstly, please add a fingerprint sign in option—manual password login is tedious. Secondly, the app doesn't really have a good flow and ease of use, so it could use a bit of tweaking there. Lastly, consider an email money transfer option so that funds can be accessed almost immediately or same day—waiting for the money to post as a bill payment isn't very handy. Would definitely award 5 stars if you add the fingerprint login option on your next update!
