AC Transit Alerts

AC Transit changed their bus prediction service from nextbus to ACT, so transit apps that use nextbus no longer show predictions for AC Transit buses. So it's not the fault of the developers. I hope this app and others can update. Would have been nice if ac transit had given the developers some notice!

Stopped pulling data. I like this app and have used it for years but for the past few days I get "no current predictions" on my routes. I can get predictions from other sources so the data are available, this app just isn't pulling the data.

No longer works. Bus times not displayed. Too bad too, this was great before.

as others have said this no longer updates schedules and is useless in its current state.

It was great while it lasted. Much thanks to the devs.

Interesting

This was my most used app, when I was on ac. I miss it. Wish they would make one for SanTrans. It had its user interface issues and was fairly basic, but it got the job done and was my go to app. Sometimes a basic light app, is best.

Good app to have if you use public transportation.

Bus system is not always in sync with the updates on this app. Be early since you may miss your bus.

This app is very accurate. The main issue is that the when one bus is used for multiple routes, it sometimes gives false gps readings.

Worst ever. Horrible. I just got onto the bus, that the crappy app said wont show up for another 35 minutes. Bus almost passed me up before stoping

If I were to rely on this app I would always be late to work. The times are always wrong! I can't tell you how many times it says my bus will come in 15 minutes and as I swallow up I see the bus drive by.

Would be nice if it listed the 5 routes it supports so I didn't have to download it to find out it doesn't support my route.

This is amazing. Accurate. The only thing to watch out for is it only shows buses that have next bus gps. Not all buses show up on this predictor. But most do.

A very helpful app. Very nice. All its missing is the late night buses. Should add the late night buses and this app would be perfect.

I've missed several buses because of false time by 20 mins sometimes

This App doesn't work

App works as indicated and fairly consistently...one in a while it gives a really random result, but honestly - not sure that's the app or AC Transit which I take...those buses sometimes simply don't show up...really...the app matches the schedule, but...no bus.

This app is great the times and schedules are always right

And usually spot on as far as arrival times!

App works good for me (I've only used it from the Transbay terminal - haven't tried making a connection yet), -3 stars for missing move to SD option.

Never tells me when busses are coming! Maybe I'm on less popular routes, but still.

This app is ok, but don't expect it to be accurate

The best app for Berkeley & Oakland - I've tried all the others. Wish it had a widget for my saved routes though. I'd pay $ for a widget add-on.
