I like this app, it is really great and has alot of information. I dont like the fact that when I speak to customer service they dont have the same figures and give me an excuse for the added charges , that dont make sense. Please make the app correct to avoid problems, like insufficient payments.
This app has misinformation about due bill and amounts being past due or insufficient funds. also seems like theres a error bug when processing payments as i got charged twice and second amounts was double the bill.
Why is this app all of a sudden stopping when I'm trying to view my usage.. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it.. so let's see how it goes this time around..
They have great government assistance programs and payment assistance programs to help u stay connected! I wont go no where. I was paying almost $1000 a month in electric with TXU now less then 300... Thank you Joe and Acacia!
never answer the phone when you call at 8 am tried 4 times once that lasted more then and hour and stilled got blamed l will say they did help me a few times but like l said need better phone service early in the morning
I'm really starting to hate this app! Keeps crashing when I'm trying to view my usage.
Worst company out there but it's my fault I should have read the reviews first the nights are not free they charge you $100 randomly and disconnect you if your balance reach $10
very expensive 2 days they charge 17 dls .. i cancel and change for another company . my last balance was 13 dls.. they refund me only 10 dls in a check..

Luis was a great help and refered me 2 the app.
When I go to log on. It gives me a UNEXPECTED ERRORCODE : saying something about unsupported content and what font was used..
So far has worked perfectly. I love the ap and the energy service so far. Very inexpensive compared to my previous energy company. Especially free energy after 9pm. The daily texts make it possible to see the savings i receive using dishwasher, and laundry after9pm.
Will not let me log in and pay my account. Keeps giving me an error message.
Do you homework before switching to any electricity company. Especially consider not going pay as you go. It's much cheaper going with a regular plan. They take your money on pay as you go. It's insane how much they charge. I don't even use much energy for them to take 50 bucks for 5 DAYS OR LESS. NO THANKS. Went back to TXU better rates and everything. Bye bye Acacia.
