For all those saying that it tells you to check your network connection, I believe they did away with this app. I just received a new card and academy isn't even on it, just usbank. I was able to get the usbank app and sign in with my academy visa credit card credentials. Hope this helps!!!
I did love this app but for the past few weeks when I try to log on, it says to check my internet connection and it wont let me log on. I'm on wifi with a great connection, not sure why it isnt working.
This is the dumbest idea for a retail store app. If you don't have the Academy Visa card than there is a link to visit the store website outside the app from the menu. Don't have a bank create your company product app.
Can't log in, keeps prompting to check my internet connection and try again. WiFi and 4g LTE!!
It keeps saying a newer version is available and for me to update but it doesn't show I have an update.

last month or so I have not been able to log on and says check my network connection there's nothing wrong with my network connection there's something wrong with the app. also trying to get increase is the hardest thing to get. not late on bill i have had this card for a few years no late fees. anyway FIX THE APP............
It is not what it seems. By the appearance of the icon, you would think that it is a shopping application for the Academy. It is not. It is for the credit card. Staff at the Academy store and the credit card company thouth it would be like other similar store's apps too.
This only handles the in-store credit cards. Can't shop from the app.

Academy sports your app is horrible, you should look at Wal-Mart, Lowe's, home depot, and most everywhere else. Why can you not set a store and see what that store has in stock. #yallneedtoupdate
I just wanted to shop. Did not want to apply for your credit card! Never got to see merchandise

This is for your credit card with Academy. As stated before, read the description before knocking this app.
Love it and the Visa! There was a 3 day delay in the approval process. However I found it was simply because they were upgrading me to a Visa Signature Card with a much higher credit limit, lower interest rates and more benefits like concierge service.
