Nice app with nice functions, but sadly flawed and unreliable. Vehicle purchase info lost twice within a year rendering half it of the statistics worthless, sudden snyc while updating lists restores 3/4 of changes made before. Finding the reason for a sync error? Good luck... Too many unnecessary fields for my private use. Overall I liked the app but what's the point having it if it loses data.
overall some good features but too many niggling little problems. e.g., you cannot enter data out of sequence even if date and mileage correspond to "sibling" or neighbor entries. i find many expenses are at wrong date and mileage if i want a full picture of costs. also back up and restore are complicated, error messages are confusing and wrong - i forgot password and requested to reset but kept getting error message only to find 4 emails in my inbox later...
It used to be awesome. Now however my phone keeps trying to sync to the fuelly cloud, which i don't have an account with not do i intend on getting one. I can backup to my phone or a number of other places. Then, when trying to exhort my data, it will not allow me to set the file to a csv format.
I've used this app for all of my cars for several years now and haven't found anything better. My only complaint is that you can't use the same milage on subsequent dates. In other words, if you don't drive the car between maintenance events you have to enter a false mileage.
BAIT AND SWITCH. Oh what a surprise. Now Fuelly have taken over this product, they tell us on their website that even though we have paid for the Pro features, in 2 years we will lose them & the app will be swamped with adverts again unless we pay a regular subscription. Why? Because they want to pay for their development costs. TOUGH. You should have taken that into account when you took over this product. Ripped off customers complain, file lawsuits, & take their business elsewhere. A*holes.
No option for 0 stars. Paid for the pro version a while ago to get rid of ads, just got a new phone and i have not been able to open this version. Support is not helpful. Please make sure you take care of the pro users, i do not care if your business model has changed from one pay to a monthly subscription. We should all get together and start a class suit. It is unacceptable what you are doing with pro customers, the min you should do is generate a code for pro users to get the new app free.
What a crock of shl!tz. If your costs to Google have gone up for the nearby fill-up feature, then find something else to provide the data, don't take the feature away, unless we give you more money! I also paid for lifetime NO ADS, Fuelly took over Acar & now they want more $ for that too, or you take it away too? Not Fog-King impressed.
Took away many data field's. Now I go to edit the vehicle details and the app crashes. Love that when someone buys out an app and destroys it. Fix my favorite app!!!
I have paid version and I am very happy with the app!!! Has a lot of features, never crashed, back-up options.... I recomended also to my friends!!!! 10*
Excellent app with great features and very handy record keeping. Highly recommend if you want to keep good records for your vehicle.
was great until they added the subscription service. now purchasing this "pro" unlocker is just a key to a few additional services. there are now more features that those of us who already purchased this can't use. im looking for another app.
Was a great app and I paid for the unlocker to have full functionality. Now I've lost almost all of it and they want me to pay a subscription.
Love it!!! This is my Go To app!!! I have used it since 2012, & have only had quick responses from support especially when I could get my pro unlocked after a phone upgrade.
Paid for the pro version long time ago now i cant sync as the want a monthly subscription. Total rip-off😤
A complete vehicle management system, extremely comprehensive, yet easy to use.
Was a good app. If you paid for pro version, search on your application library for acar unlock to get back some functions.
I paid for the pro version. But now the dev Created a subscription plan that does away with the Pro Version.
I paid for the pro version but now they have introduced a subscription I lose all the features I have already paid for

Was great as Acar which is why i purchased the pro unlocker but now FUELLY have are money grubbing cnuts and want an annual fee so now I'll use the Fuel Maps Australia app
Paid to remove ADs for life. Now this app doesn't unlock, so many people forced to jump through HOOPS to use something they paid for. What kind of developer has this become??
Now they are asking for subscription whereas I paid for PRO version...this is bad practice....
I've used this app for all my vehicles since 2011. It just keeps getting better.
Have had this application for a long time. I think the Pro version is well worth it and is the best of it's kind for my uses. Only issue I have is when i restored my database from my old version of acar, i couldn't sync with Fuely. Had to start from scratch for sync to work. also, would be nice if you could resize/crop photo of vehicle when importing it.
