I keep getting my account suspended because they ask you to change your password ever so often that i can't keep up with the changes. By the time u remember my correct password my account is suspended and then you have to go through a long procedure before you can get it reactivated. It is really stressful honestly. I know it's for our safety but it becomes an inconvenience for the user.
This app does not allow me to do muc and I need assistance online form the bank asap please. Am stuck. I had to try to install several times on my laptop and also on my phone it was not. I cannot then access my accounts as suggested. can someone shed some light on this? I have contacted the Antigua branch several times on the matter in person also just to be told that I do not have to use the atm anymore for my chequing transactions. Am still waiting on the account online to even be activated. Could the matter be addressed by anyone willing to help??
Since I downloaded this app it keeps asking me for my password and user id's and I haven't created any yet , obviously there's something that I don't know about, but this should've customers service thinking how to avoid O L customers all that confusion and frustration,and a the same time to upgrade the online service to a whole new level of safety and efficiency,,,
My experience is wonderful. I can stay anywhere around the world and check my transaction ,my money everything. I'm happy they create this app I love it
Poor user interface, low quality appearance and limited functionality.
Not user friendly need unecessary information. Why do you need to use my videos and files. Those are private.
I cannot get to access my account because it is saying 'invalid password ' and the verification code is not going through and there is not a functioning bank in Barbuda and the ATM is down
why the hell does it need gps, camera, and file storage access?!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll give it two stars for now. While the app is running smoothly and I am having no issues with it the app is pretty boring and lacks features. C'mon guys this is 2021! People don't only need to pay bills and transfer money to other people. Where is the request payment or request money feature? Pple doing they own lil business to help themselves in these trying times and we have need of receiving payment secure and easily to account without people having to stand in bank lines. 5 stars for that
