With the ACC Mobile 3 app, users can:
• View live or recorded H.264 video from any IP cameras connected to ACC sites
• Efficiently stream live or recorded HD video from Avigilon cameras using High Definition Stream Management (HDSM)™ technology to optimize the use of network bandwidth
• Receive push alarm notifications to quickly detect, verify, and act on events such as motion or video analytic rule triggers
• View analytic bounding boxes for detected people and vehicles in video from Avigilon cameras with self-learning analytics
• Use audio talk down to deter an intruder by broadcasting voice audio to cameras with connected speakers (not available for ACC Core edition)
• Listen to live or recorded audio from cameras with a connected microphone (not available for ACC Core edition)
• Easily review recorded video using the recorded video timeline
• Control PTZ cameras including running tours and moving to defined presets
• View live video from multiple cameras at a time using selectable view layouts
ACC Mobile 3 connects to the ACC Web Endpoint component, which is pre-installed on Avigilon Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and High Definition Video Appliances (HDVAs), is part of the firmware for ACC ES Recorders and ACC ES Appliances, and is as an optional download for any server running on Windows. It is available for use with ACC Core, Standard, or Enterprise edition systems that are running a minimum version of ACC 6.2 (some features require a more recent version).

I have yet to get this app to work (display my home cameras while I'm away) at all while I'm away. All I get is excuses or dead end "solutions". I'm getting tired of paying a significant amount of money for things that fail to perform as they should.
Not impressed. I am able to add two sites, but not a third. After entering IP and port for a third site, the site is not listed on the page where credentials are entered. I have tried with multiple sites for the third site. On my iOS device (2020 iPad Pro), I am able to add the third site without issue. When I can connect, the Mobile 3 android app isn't bad and is a considerable improvement over Mobile 2, but that doesn't really matter if I cannot connect to all of my servers.
Tired of seeing the error message, "Camera Resolution Not Supported"! Any View can scale the image, but cannot go full screen unless selecting a camera, and the full screen of a selected camera cannot scale the image. This seems fixable but each update doesn't address scaling.
Very slow to connect video playback constantly failing. Not sure if it because I have multiple sites but initial connection is taking 30-45seconds. When reviewing playback if I pause and try to zoom in it disconnects from the video. Not as stable as the app it replaced that was eol'd...
The app works great! Much better than mobile 2. I read the other reviews on here and my only guess is you all need a more knowledgeable integrator working on your system. The setup for proper functionality is extremely simple. We have well over 250 sites nationwide utilizing the mobile app with no issues.
Pinch to zoom is much better than ACC 2 but it takes longer to connect to the server. Default screen should be changeable to Cameras instead of Alerts. There should also be a way to backup the layouts.
Terrible!!! The apps Haven't worked correctly since version Acc6, this acc7 change has been bad and customer support has been very bad on hold for 2+ hrs everytime nomatter the time of day . AVIGILON NEEDS TO IMPROVE ALL AROUND THERE SUPPORT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $ THEY COST. THEY USED TO BE THE BEST IN MY OPION HOWEVER THERE FADING AWAY VERY FAST.
The views are nice and clear. However, the one major negative with this app is it does not pull any of your saved views like the old acc2 app did and you can't create any views with more than 6 cameras. This is a major negative for me with a huge facility and 58 cameras, I really would like for my saved views from ACC7 software to carry over. Please, please, please fix this in an update soon.
works well however i would like to see ability for more view layouts , for example more cameras , views with 2 cameras in larger tiles and others in smaller tiles similar to mobile 2. otherwise it works well.
App simply does not work. My Gateways are 6.4 (documentation for ACC Mobile 3 says a minimum of 6.2). I can certainly add the gateways and it actually communicates with them because it complains about my internally signed SSL Cert. Yet, the App still says 0 sites. This is beyond stupid!
Considering the ability and ease of use of ACC6 and 7 client on PC, the mobile app is 19th century. Avigilon, you're supposed to be high end CCTV, but this app is utterly useless and is embarrassing when showing clients. Why can't you get it right????
Total junk... Can't even add a site... Won't show the site once I add the IP and port but says the IP and port combination already exists if I try to re-add the site... And there's nowhere to even remove a site. So typical of Avigilon to release half baked apps...
Useless... Just keeps spinning. Have called Avigilon 4 times now spent countless hours on the phone to them. No one can get it to work. Really disappointed
Had no issues at all, was easy to set up & alarm notifications work really well with the H4A camera anyltics
Does not stream a 5mp camera on my galaxy tab A 10.5 live or record. Works on my phone A 4mp cam works good on both. Annoying as the tablet is much new and phone 2 years old Any idea?
New version now is good. It view the main stream rather than sub stream before. But, it will be better if you can dewarp fisheye's via app.
Will not connect to site with either IP or Host name. Very 2.2.6 on iPhone does work. Need a fix for this version.
On my phone i can't view in a fluid way any recordings. Keeps like loading Any suggestions? My phone is a one plus.
This app crashes every time I open it and requires me to re-enter the IP addresses for my cams each time I re-open.
This app Totally sucks. I'm trying for 2 weeks to get into this the only thing that sucks more than the app is the support.
Finally got a connection to work. App gives very little feedback, not intuitive.
This version connects and previews the many cameras on four sites much faster than before. Thanks
Sites won't connect, I added 5 sites bit none are showing up. No reason at all as It's working on ACC 2
Junk - I just get a spinning circle on all the cameras. Play back does not work either.
tried to add a site. no certificate prompt., no other options other than to delete the site.

Cannot view my cameras again on my phone. We paid a fortune for these and the customer service sucks
Get error of file format not supported when reviewing cameras.
ACC Cloud Services issuess. ACC Cloud only works with HTTPS Disabled, despite firewall access for the application and ports being unblocked on the network. In order for secure ports to be used, a legacy connection via the gateway IP has to be entered. Avigilon support is difficult to work with resolving this issue. I have to keep closing and reopening the app for changes to reflect.
