Easy to use. Took less than 1 minute to set up
Having this information so accessible is especially helpful now. The Stay at Home order makes it so that access to photos and videos brings the animals that much closer. I can't wait to adopt.
The is so cute, but totally useless, the only way you get a pet is going in person "some times" . I have a pet already but it was the worst experience ever, people from Brooklyn made exception and put pets in hold if you are the "supervisor's" friend, if you have money buy your pet, you will have the pet you want, not what they like to give you.
Love This app, so simple and straight forward. Just add your your preferences of animal and notification. You will see any animal in different boroughs and fill out a simple form to any animal you desire to know and inquire about.
This app has a lot of room for improvement. You should be able to sort pet searches better. This app needs updating. Last updated was December 2017.
Fantastic and easy to use app for seeing the available animals at ACC NYC
Kenzie was very great very helpful speak very well have great knowledge on animal.
I want to adopt a kitten, there's no way to change the filter from cat to kitten on this app.
Easy to use,no problems at all.
I love this app I just wish they would tell more about the pets they want people to adopt
I like this new update. It's like the website so it makes it easy.
Best app to find your furry friends to adopt. Check them out.
It's so hard to adopt a pet using the app. Should I go to the office to do it?
Very good and beautiful pictures
This app is so cute cat's Dog's the cutest app ever had
How do I get upgrades? The format is very different now.
Won't let me search by animals I'd #.
It's great
Not what I expected
I just shared the dogs on my Facebook page and the only thing that transferred was the picture no information on the dogs how stupid is that
Still waiting
This app is great! It's clean, simple and easy to use. You can see all dogs, cats and rabbits, or you can narrow down your search by name, gender, specific age or serial number (what ACC calls the animal's "A Number"). You can also add animals to a Favorites list, making it easy to remember which ones to look for when you visit a shelter in person. Improvements I would love to see are the ability to search for an age range ("3-7 years" or "3+ years" instead of only "3 years"), and the ability to search animals at a specific location. Great app! Thanks for helping animals find homes!
easy to use, works perfectly, very up to date. great way to keep track of my favorites!
I got my 2 month old kitten from ACC Brooklyn New York his name Evatdeen and he is a orange tabby kitten,he now shares his life with his brother and me,my mom, grandma, grandpa. We would like to thank ACC for giving us such a good pet :)
Easy to use and beautiful
Love it
The search option for notifications are too limited. There should be an option when setting up notifications for kittens/ puppies, one that limits search options to 0 to 6 months or at very least a search option for keywords such as weeks or months. As the app is currently designed, the app doesn't return notifications that are often pertinent to my search since I want young kittens. The notifications dated because when I click on them the message is the animal is no longer available.
