great app for my insurance it's easy and fast
I can't log into my account with my pin no. despite taking me more than 10- 12 minutes to talk with customer services.
Does not connect to the server. Can't get to customer service to pay for my bill.

Won't work! Delete app or do something to it! Are you reading the reviews? Some of us have to pay our bills and we can't bc of this stupid app that wont work. You give us the choice of auto pay and tell us to download the app. Great

App no good Definitely don't use this company. ACCC is a Rip off and a Joke. I locked myself out of my Car I called the company they keep on hold for about 30 minutes then hung up on me. They did that about 3 times before I finally got someone on the phone. Told the REP I was locked out car the car running and I Standing in Ice rain. Rep said the office was closed until Monday She tells pay for a Lock Smith and I would be reimbursed SoM M. Paid $170. No reimbursement. ACCC Try to cancel my policy early.
There are words missing in the app. Can't confirm payment because you cannot tell what to push next to submit payment.
My payment is due, and it won't let me pay my bill. Also will not let me update card info.
Trying to pay the bill keeps crashing very frustrating
1/2 the fields dont even show up...must have been designed by a 3rd grader!
when it comes time for your payment they want it , but how about on july 15 deer hit our truck causing 2,764.00 in damages and the shop has recived only 1,074.00 which was what the insurance quote was but that did not cover half the parts that was needed to fix our truck little alone to pay the shop that is working on it7 just 4hours in labor this company is a RIP OFF AND A JOKE i would not advise anyone to have insurance with them.Its pretty bad when you have to spend more money but this law suit will be worth it oh yeah how about since it was a deer hit my injured elbow was'nt covered but my lawyer says different.they also lie they almost never answer the phone but will call you back in a 24hr. period lets see that was 2 weeks ago again what a joke.
The app wouldn't accept my policy number when chrome worked fine
There are radio buttons on the app but no text to tell you what you are actually trying to select. App is pretty useless as it stands.
Easy to use n gives u all access without representative
Easy way to pay my monthly car insurance payment, see the status of my insurance, view payment history , pull up my insurance card n even print it. also contact customer service if u needed to. very helpful!!!
