For an app in an important sector it should be fit for purpose but it is not. Constant crashes, clunky, randomly stops responding, you can't scroll down without it jolting you back to the top, it's so dated its like someone from the 90s made it. You have PAYING CLIENTS using this app, you need to sort it out. As a carer we use this app CONSTANTLY all day, for 12+ hours and this should be smooth, easy to use but after this last update its just diabolical.
Cannot access, keeps saying I need to upgrade when I've only just installed the app. I have the app to enable to see my mum's record from the carer's and th be able to communicate with them. So far after a lot of, 'try this, try that' and uninstall and reinstall the app........still no access to mum's record
Since the latest update, my app has totally stopped working. It will not sync and all my visits have disappeared. I tried a clean sync and after an hour of downloading numerous things, it failed. Please fix this as all the details that I need for my job are on this app.
Like so many others i can no longer log in . I Keep getting the same message when I enter my pin the same pin I've had since the company opened. And the message is 'failed authentication '. Everything worked fine up until I was advised that I was using a old version and advised to up grade. So I upgraded on Friday 22/4/2022. Now nothing works
Since using this app it absolutely drains my battery on my phone. It's easy to use but it's crashed the other day and still not working properly. Having to write everything down for myself to remember. Good job I know my run and keysafe numbers
It's not even worth one star in my honest opinion. I need to use this app every day for work, but calls are disappearing or it shows the previous days rota. Since informing manager it's supposed to be getting sorted but 4 weeks later it's worse than ever. A big 👎👎👎
Since the most recent update, I've found it slower and more buggy than usual. As with other reviewers, it's telling me to download the latest version. But according to play store, my app is up to date. Please fix this!
Poor app . Always crashing and freezing . Takes ages to sync thats when it let's you. Working in a profession that can change almost instantly, it needs to work . Tells me I need update app . Go to play store update and still says needs updating.
It works just fine Maybe just a gentle beep reminder when time is up with patients, to log out? And also a reminder maybe to log in? Very nice quiet app.
Very poor Not even worthy of 1 star,Im a carer and I shouldn't have sync everything I write. I shouldn't have to download load updates every 3 weeks,come on sort it!!!
App developers need to remember the saying "if it's not broken then don't fix it". The app was fine until the latest update. Now its slow and cumbersome.
The app we use for work, its been fetching up an error message, asking me to tap on it to upgrade through the play store but everytime I press on it, it takes me exactly the same screen.
I still cannot see any access details on my phone? I have updated to the newer version and still not able to see any keysafe numbers??
Not had any issues since I began to use back in November Interface Could be improved though.
Worse app I've ever used, one minute my work is there and the next it's gone and that's not good when you in the middle of a mental day, shame my boss can't find another app that actually works properly
Don't have that many issues with it, but is asking me to update then when it goes to playstore just asks to open, no update. Have uninstall and installed and still asking ne to go to a none existent update.
Rubbish , I cant update even though it keeps telling me I need to !!! Crashes, never syncs properly.
Why does this app keep showing an error nessage saying: your running an outdated version of this application! Click here to update it on the app store. The app is the updated version !!!
It says I am not using the up to date version but no option to update. This app keeps crashing will not sync.
Latest update clearly flawed. Why make an app worse? Still showing update required after updating. VERY SLOW TO UPDATE ANY CHANGES TO SCHEDULE!!
I'm using it for my private health care employer, but This app is very poor, is asking for updates when you go to app store there is no update, waste of time, this app needs a lot improvement..
Cant log in anymore since last update. Its been working perfectly fine until the lastest update and now i cant even get past the log in screen.

I've updated app as asked and now it keeps saying after 1 task filled in to sync. Keeps asking to update app which i have done but it won't let me do it now.
Using this for work...can not do update or save my work . Following all the steps required but going in circles. Time consuming and stress creator
The app used to be ok at first, but recently it has been crashing!!! I am now having to sync the phone and wait before I do another action on the phone, then sync again. It takes too much time. I need to give more time to my service users rather than the app. It says I have to upgrade the app as the actual version does not support the server... but where do I upgrade the version??? !!! It says on my app that it has automatic updates... It's Hopeless!!!
