can't create an account - the system is unavailable... for the past month. I read your response. Of course, I AM using the latest version of the app. It just doesn't work. I managed to get everything done through the website, which was a major inconvenience. Keefe takes advantage of prisoners and inconveniences everyone else in the process.

This app sucks. You put in all your information , then at the end it gives you an error message and says the system is unavailable. This is unexceptable, to correct my info, and there is nothing wrong with my email. 😡. This is rediculous that this website is like this, and then you have to call and do a phone transaction which cost you more than it would on the website.

Very good for sending money to family and friends in Tutwiler Prison in Alabama. Well use again and I installed the app and it's really easy to use. Love this app

Awful so far, I'm sorry to say. I've been trying to get in touch with my incarcerated loved ones, and I haven't been granted access to the securemail landing page even once out of about 25 or 30 tries in multiple ways. Frustrated doesn't even BEGIN to describe the feeling this causes to erupt within my darkness. This app sucks, guys.

It says to click here to send an email to an inmate then there is no info at all on how to do it. I'm so confused. It just keeps taking me to the same page over and over.

Very bad. I can't even use my cashapp card to put money on my husband account. Like how do you not accept it it's a visa card.

They made me sit on hold for hours just to verify my account like I'm a criminal! I'm trying to send a love one money and just to send 20.00 with a 6.95 fee! They want to rip is up! I will never use this app again or my roommate! I don't recommend this app please go to the kiosk to send your love one money!!

This app is horrible, one time you add money and it's no problem the next time it is denied. The money is there but it keeps saying declined. I checked and rechecked the numbers to make sure I didnt make a mistake..no I didn't. Every thing is verified, address is correct...I dont get it...it is very frustrating!!I would NOT reccomend!!!!

It would be great to see a list of th products avail. at a facility in the early stages of searching the facility, as it is now the only real way to be sure a certain product is available is by going to the item & reaching the point where it doesnt work for you. It really wastes time & its misleading. (Products = emessaging, video visits..etc etc..) Otherwise this app is very, very good! No pblms except for video visit quality was poor in 1/~40 visits. Not too bad, i think!

Horrible...I've never had such a hard time registering a simple account in my life..Then when I finally get through to the end.It says service unavailable,and by now it's too late to deposit money to my incarcerated loved one,and have to wait another week...horrible horrible service,and app.

Great app for putting money on your loved ones books while there in jail. Easy to set up an account, and once your signed it you are directed to finding the name of the facility and your loved ones names. It's only $7 to process. My hat's off to the developers and their staff I appreciate you.

I've been trying for a while to create an account in order to send money, emails, and pictures. It gives me an error every single time.

This app is all the way ridiculous man foreal half the time it won't even let me sign in I try and it always says invalid email when clearly I know it is it's the only one i used for two years now

Downloaded app to phone, used laptop, computer, chrome, edge, to send $$ to a loved one and filled out all as needed. When it comes to adding the card, the lines to type it in doesn't even come out then it gives me a timing error. Customer svc says it's because the inmates location is not available but other inmates there, are receiving funds through that system for Rio Grande. Frustrating.

Definitely not great!! This stupid app keeps trying to run an update in the background (even though it has no updates available) This prevents all updates for my other apps to remain on "download pending" On & off WiFi. Thus causing battery drain. You can't update an app that doesn't have an update, so why has it been doing this for 2 months now? This app is great to use & convenient, but since it blocks my others from updating it's only getting one star, it would be less if it were an option!!

Absolutely awful for everyone involved! Right after I sent money to my brother, the transaction was selected for verification but I've been unable to complete the process because I cannot get into contact with ANYONE to complete the process! It has been about a week now with multiple calls placed, hours spent on hold, emails submitted, and I've yet to talk with anyone who's able to help me with the issue. His account has been locked and I just don't understand how this has continued to be okay😡

The app isn't even showing email at all. I went to the website and tried to use email and it says my son's not allowed emails. I've dealt with this since way last fall. I never had these kind of problems in the past but for the past year or more the email is totally messed up. I haven't been able to email him in approximately a year.

This is the awfullest app I have ever seen it will not let you put in 5be password for saying your email don't match up to the email so if your thinking about using it you'll be out still holding your money a crock of @#$€

They accepted money off my credit card without a problem but I can't send an email and I have no idea why. If I don't have the option to send an email then why even notify me and make it look like there is an option? Does anyone know if you can actually send an email with this stupid app??? The other BS part is if you send $19.99 it'll charge you $4.95, but send $20 (& up to $99.99) & its $7.95. I wonder how many send $20 & get hit for $7.95! that's BS!!!

This is so frustrating! I have had problems logging in since day 1, reset password done many times, wrong email or password. Create a new account, phone number already used, wrong email, wrong password, create a new account, email already used. What the frick man!!! So so annoying! How can you have an app that clearly Doesn't work EVER!!!!!! 🤬🤦‍♀️

I feel totally confused. It seems as if I am going in circles and can't get out of it. It's a great concept but it could be simplified and not near as frustrating, It seems like there is a lot of repitition. too. This app doesn't claim to have a video visit feature, so idk what this turd is complaining about. Clearly its purpose is stated, and is solely for the purpose of transactions/deposits. I give it 5 stars. It does what it claims to do. I've not had any issues, other than slow to refresh or go back if you make a mistake, or, say forget to check a box. That's my only complaint.

This application has been great untill now. It keeps giving and error when you try to sign in to send mail or money. I deleted the app. Reinstalled and it totally lost one inmate. Nowhere to readd. This is one messed up application. It needs to be fixed.

I love being able to contact & send pics to my girlfriend in prison, it's the freaking greatest thing ever! I dislike is u have to download the app, but then to send mail-it takes u out, to another site which almost looks the same, slightly different. I also can't seem to put pictures inside the emails, I can send pics n emails but not together,separately. I also must say, all this was very confusing to myself, my boyfriend, n several others, whom my boyfriend had to show how to do it! Lol

Ive been using the App for over a ear. It was great, however the last 2 weeks I havent been able to go to Secure Mail to send an email, and customer service does not reply.

🙄 This app only successfully accepts deposits if u actually remember to update it every time there is an update for it. 🙄 🤬 Otherwise when u try to send any money, it will be approved on ur card but declined on the app and say error which freezes the money u were trying to send for 7 - 14 business days. 🤬 😑 That's why I only call, to make deposits now 😑

This app and it's owners are criminals, point blank! I had to try several times to send money to a loved one and each attempt I clearly got a red FAILED error message. On the 9th attempt it finally went through and gave me confirmation and a receipt. Here's the kicker, all those "failed" attempts, or so I thought, the money was still being taken out of my account! If I don't get a refund then a lawsuit will be filed an my lawyers and I will do everything in our power to bring the owners down.

For the last two, when making a deposit from the same bank card, that I always have used, the transaction says I can't use a card that is on file, although it ask me to apply the card info into the portal manually, and then it still doesn't work, and told me to wait until the next day. I don't have a bank card saved on file, and I have been using the same card for years.

It's very difficult to find what I'm looking for . Seeing how it's about money anyway with the high prices you must pay you would think it would be made easier.4,a snack size of chips u want over a dollar it's all high prices. you make me feel I'm being punished . You may never have 2do this ,f u make realistic pricing it would help . It's not like it feeding well . The system is awful and it needs changing u charge ,2much N should be ashamed . I get away with it because people don't know it
