The app advised me to update (this happens way too often) again, or the app will stop working. Now I tried to and it will not update. Tried restarting my phone. Tried uninstalling an reinstalling the app. No good. What gives here?? I do my bill paying online as I am not available to come in during normal business hours. My creditors are getting pissed off and impatient because I'm late in making payments because this lousy app doesn't do what it's supposed to!! I need to find a better Credit U!!

Doesn't matter my internet speed, the app is slow to load and process everything and I have a fairly new high end phone, that aside, it has great functionality and allows me to pay my bills and send transfers, just wish it was faster

I never had any problems until you tried to "upgrade", now I can't download the new app at all because its not in the app store and i have bills that are due soon. Your incompitance is negativly effecting peoples lives.

Every update it gets worse. This time you cannot cash your cheques, and the bank is never open when I can get to it to cash there (they choose only a few hours a day even before covid happened). Garbage camera update, and no (.) to put in cents.

Trying to deposit e transfers no longer works with the app. The app doesn't serve much purpose in receiving but sending works it seems

Photo deposit no longer works for Google Pixel as the camera button is places the same spot as the home key and just closes the app

Nothing but problems. Never takes my cheques, slow to lad and crashes. The credit union is not great either, totally unaware of their customers/members needs

Very disappointed that your deposit option is so incredibly difficult since the last update. This should be something you look into improving for the next update

Kind of does what I want. Doesn't have thumb print for passwords, major LAG and sometimes just freezes.

Doesn't work at all. Just gives me the logout message whenever I tap on anything. "Exit Confirmation"

Thanks for the effort... Android is a majority, please support Google Pay. Otherwise the convenience of mobile banking is a great thing, thanks!

Mobile pay does not work and finger print log in would be great and half the time the log in password says its wrong even tho I do it exactly

Have to contact bank to get a code before you can use the app, not convenient at all.
