Access Evolutions
V1 of the app has the following features enabled; aCloud Expense and FocalPoint ‘New’ Timesheets.
Access aCloud Expenses – expenses on the move. You can log an expense, take a photo of the receipt and submit it instantly for approval, reducing the need for spreadsheets, and keeping a digital record of your organisations receipts. aCloud Expense integrates with Access Dimensions, Supply Chain and also provides options to link with external products such as Sage Line 50, helping you to remove double entry and human error.

• Expense Entry
• Expense Approval – including credit cards
• Attach receipts using your phones camera
• Visibility of expenses awaiting approval
• Multiple Expense database support
• Expense integration with Access Dimensions.
• Links to’ go to main aCloud site’ and ‘Recover Password’
FocalPoint ‘New’ Timesheets –
Using the ‘New Timesheets’ functionality in FocalPoint users can enter and approve timesheets on the move.
Features include:
• Timesheet entry
• Timesheet approval/rejection
• Submitting on a daily basis
• View time awaiting approval
• Multiple selection to submit or delete in a single tap
• Editing of days once submitted up until the point of approval at first stage
• Easy navigation through weeks using the scroll feature
• Date selection using the date lookup
• Links with Absence
This feature will be available to organisations using Access FocalPoint version 4.11 SP2 or above and users who have access to this feature.
Application Features –
• We believe in making life as simple as possible for our users, with this app users can choose how they would like to display their menu;Feature Menu – This will show users all the mobile enabled features they have access to from the Access product suite. The main benefit to this is to group related tasks irrespective of product i.e. In the Approve section you may have Expenses and Timesheets even if these are from different products.Application Menu – This will show the user the mobile enabled features they have access to by Access Product.

its developed an annoying fault; once you have scrolled to the bottom of the new expense screen, you cannot scroll back up. Samsung S9. also desparately needs an off line entry for the numerous times no internet is available, then upload when connected. 2 days later, a second annoying fault, it now will not access photos on library saying access required. of course ive checked and unchecked all permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled app and checked all permissions. getting very annoying.
bad design and annoying. takes ages to add a receipt and every time theres an update it removes the shortcut from my homescreen. then you get the lottery of whether it has kept the same icon, called itself acloud, or workspace to find it again in the app drawer to readd it to the homescreen.
new user, & need to use for expenses. very poor experience so far. can't edit as wont scroll back up once date entered. no back button so a bit hit and miss adding details anyway. despite being much less convenient, i will use computer instead as easier
Can't scroll properly, if you set a date on a claim it locks the screen and I can't make any other adjustments have to use PC, great idea to use on mobile as quicker but if it can't work then what is the point in having an app
complete muddle. cannot edit any mistakes. takes forever to load reciepts in which time the phone shuts down to save power. once reopened, you sre back at the start. course the answer is to keep the screen "active".
This is the worst app I have ever used in my life, I'm appalled that someone must of signed this off and gave the green light to go ahead with releasing it; giving it 1 star only because I have to due to 0 stars not being an option. Avoid at all costs, it's not worth the screen its displayed on. Absolutely appalling.
Pretty unreliable at best. Every time I upload a receipt it logs me out and the receipt doesn't save. Worked okay before last update. Please fix.
Awful!!!!!!! You upload one receipt ,go to the next and it wont scroll up to upload,i have constantly deleted and reinstalled and nothing changes,it just gets worse!
Used to be good, but I cant use it now. Almost impossible to log in despite uninstalling & re installing many times. No idea what the problem is.
It's only showing me the app settings?? The app is blank. It is unusable.
What a terrible app. Constantly unable to log in. No way of reverting to the home page. Should be removed from play store.

Unable to place icon on screen, fiddly to enter and edit travel.
I used to start off my expenses on my phone, using the camera for receipts, and at the end of the month submit from my laptop. Sadly now when I log in on my laptop I can't see the pending expenses that I started on my phone
Total waste of time, only allow's me to access the settings page

I didnt even want to give it one star. The amount of complaints about this app yet nothing seems to have been done.....I can't get past settings on the phone app and I've tried the desktop ver and can't check anything on there either, please sort these issues out and stop ignoring everyone !!!!!!
