This app is vastly improved. The check recognition is way better than when I first DL this app. I had it at 3 stars before. Because it was slow and hard to use the deposit check. Those are now fixed. The layout is better. The speed is fast. Very easy to use. This is now a great app. Keep improving 👍
Horrible app. I had my bank set up my account so that I could use the online functions and app. Not once has this app worked, it only ever tells me no information to display. I'm not sure how people get this thing to work, as I said, as far as i can tell the app doesn't have any functionality.
I love my credit union! The employees are so very polite and the professionalism does not go unnoticed! I am hoping they approve a credit card for me....lol! Love Access Federal credit union! Only wish they had a bank here in Utica NY..
Seems like good improvements have been made (such as auto countdown for pics of check for mobile deposit). Easy to use & helpful features! Would definitely recommend.
Very easy to use. I only wish they had an option to change monthly pmts to my loan to add extra for principal. My other credit union has the option. That would be 5 stars.
App has always completed transactions without a hitch very fast and service personnel have been great helping me with inquiries about it. Thanks
convenient app but my $ balance didnt match the $ balance in the photos. i reinstalled then it worked.

it's alot easier than my desktop which for some reason my web browser or computer won't let me access my bank at all right now so yea I love it
I was unable to sign up for the app is requiring for member iD and pin number.i create my pin it was telling me error just to sign up.
Wish you could see pending deposits and withdraws but all in all a good app
