Access Fontana

Citizens in the City of Fontana can now submit service requests directly through their Android device or the City’s website that will automatically get routed to the correct department for proper handling. Through a partnership with PublicStuff, graffiti and potholes reported will go directly to the Public Works department and immediately create a work order. Once completed, you will be notified through your phone or email that the work is complete. Dead animal pickup requests will be routed to Police Dispatch and an Animal Services Officer will be sent out to remove it. Note: You will not receive a notification when the dead animal has been removed. Additional service request types will be added in the future.

App used to work. It's not responding.

App used to work fine. Used it all the time. But, the last few weeks hasn't worked at all. I get "whoops, something went wrong" when I attempt to start it. Posting here, received no response from support. Support hasn't helped at all.

App would not allow me to set up an account. Kept say user name needed to be at least four characters. I tried four, five, all letters, letters and numbers....... nothing worked!!!!!!!

Get to report to city maintenance crew and also it provides public info. news ... If you are residents of Fontana, I highly recommend this app. If you are residents of other cities, this is a model for your cities.
