Disappointed with last update. Unfortunately the last update made the app worse rather than better. It removed the ability to see a map that showed the vehicle's position. Instead the new version reports the current location in text format. I found the ability to see the map very helpful. Bring it back as an option in settings.

Convenient, but terrible app. Access app only allows you to rate the drivers on the cleanliness of the vehicle, courteousness, & safety of their driving. Not much of a chance to give a more thorough review, if you ask me. There's always a service corruption occurring at least once with the app. The app LOVES logging me out. Every time I try logging back in, the app always tells me "Access API service is not responding." What's up with that?!

I've had to uninstall quiet a few times since I've used this app a couple years ago. It started out to be great then within the year it started acting up this morning I uninstalled twice and getting messages, "Invalid handshake response" I have connection with data or Wi-Fi. I tried with both and still the same.

No longer working. Cannot sign in, and a notice pops up that Access is experiencing problems. This has been for nearly a week. App is nice when it works, and a problem for riders when it does not.

This app goes down way too much. Access Services needs to stay on top of there app. So disappointing. As a access rider for many many years. Things just keep getting worse instead of better.

it's pretty good I can't say it deserves 5 stars. What it does is simple it list the amount of trips that you have pending or recently completed. Two it tells you roughly how long it will take for your ride to get to your specific pick up point and by roughly I mean is estimates the time of arrival is not highly accurate. Also it tells you when your ride is outside by that I mean once your ride gets to your location it sends a message to its system that it has arrive then your apps gets info.

My first experience with the app was receiving a driver with to many pickups and drop offs after I was picked-up. UNFAIR. I gave myself two hours before my scheduled appointment and was still latr.

I had to uninstall the app because it kept saying "invalid handshake," when trying to open the app and it's very slow to open.

Having non stop problems now and for some reason even after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared the chafe and data on the app it says invalid head shake response and then shuts down just a white screen saying invalid head shape response access needs to fix this

FAILED TO WORK; Out of all the apps that i have onstallef on my phone, this one has got to be the WORST!!!! It is too frickin bad, for i am a Disabled War Veteran, retired U.S.Marine, Silver Star recipient, and a member of L.A. Access for many, many years. After discovering that Access had this app available, i decided to install it even though the posted reviews were quite negative. I should have adhered to what the reviews had spoke of, and not installed it. In short, its pathetic, DONT WORK

The App was good until today all of a sudden it kicked me out and it doesn't let me log back in. For some weird reason And I keep on putting my password which I know it and my ID Rider which I know it too by heart. I would have gave it 5 stars but this is giving me problems.

Would be better if the app worked more often. Many times it says (system is down) recently got ( Access API is not responding) and with each Error. Can't log in to get the Vehicle number or ETA.

UPDATE: NO ISSUES NON-WHATSOEVER THANKS FOR THE COMMUNICATION I FOUND THE APP AND ITS PERFECT HELPS ALOT TO KNOW WHERE THE DRIVER IS THANKS SO MUCH 🙏 💕 OLD POST: It’s good but one problem... your video on website shows access on an iPhone but you guys don’t have an app for iPhone please fix this because I never get a warning when my ride is here I need access on IPhone 🤦‍♀️

I don't trust that app. Whenever I want to look to see if I'm tracking my ride to see if it's there on time. The minutes always seem to go back up almost every day. I give that app 2 stars.

Access is one of the best in the nation for a paratransit system. This app is precise in tracking your pickup time as you are given a time and the description of the vehicle.

I am thankful for the rides it sometimes you're stuck in the car for 3 hours because they're picking up and dropping people off and you were the first one they picked up and another thing the dispatcher puts it in the computer and have you drive all over the world maybe you'll get home before midnight that is where it really sucks especially if you have to get to work on time you're not even sure if you're going to make it

My most recent ride was the ride from hell. First of all, access can't be too concerned with anyone Contracting the virus when there are five people riding all scrunched up at one time. For someone to ride almost 2 and for five different pickups and drop-offs is ridiculous.

Often miss appointments. The add ONS in the middle of transport are annoying. Some drivers not helpful.

I am quite happy with this app. Not perfect but at least you know ride is on the way. Improvement will be when tracking is like Lyft and Uber, then you know exactly where the ride is coming from.

Some of the time, app doesn't work due to computer probs The eta clock stops sometimes, distance and nearby streets. Always check app

app keeps crashing and logging me off. at times it wont let me log in . I've tried uninstalling and installing it again still doesnt work.

I am having trouble with app scrolling upwards to push the continue button. Because of this I have to call in instead of booking my trips online. This has happened for 2 weeks now

Am so glad you launched this App. I used to track ny ride via my PC. Not goid! My PC would freeze, or the website was down. This is much better. Thanks!!!😁😁😁😁😁😗

This app has issue... You click sign in... nothing happens.. suddenly start loading after 1 min...then shows blank page.. too many bugs to fix

Nice to know the estimated time when the drivers arrives but it would be even better if we can contact the driver so we don't get stranded! Even if we call the dispatcher it does not work!

This is a horrible app. First it tells you 2 minutes away then it tells you 10 minutes then you check again it says 10 the. 16 instead of the numbers going down.

Its nice to know that the driver is on his way but the estimated time arrival needs fixing. It says driver is 15 min away and the driver is here 5 min later. Nice app tho

This update worked for 2weeks. Now it stopped in between rides. Still saying invalid rider.

Can't see the map or current trip after the last update. I tried deleting and downloading again to no avail.

Never works and when it does open takes forever. This is the worst and slow app ever had to use.
