You have to Schedule an appointment more than a week in advance for it to process online and sometimes it still doesn't go through. The time I set the appointment for is always wrong and I have to make a note of it so it can be fixed when processed. I can't cancel any of my trips online because I get an error message. If I add notes to the trip, it shows before I submit it but not after I press ok (at least a rep said they can still see it even though I can't). The reps act like it's my fault.

It took weeks just to be able to be registered to use the app. Once I could use it, it's very unintuitive and missing many features. Now again I'm unable to use it as it won't even start up. This app is definitely in competition for one of the worst apps I've ever encountered. If it wasn't so difficult for me to speak because of larynx surgery I would just call them.

Do NOT rely on this app. The times change by up to a few hours every single time on their own and it's virtually impossible to change it back. And on certain occasions (like today) I've scheduled trips through the app that just "disappear" from their system. It's better to just call the number if you want to actually make it to the doctor. I am done with this app.

I was so excited to hear they had an app to schedule transportation. I have difficulty breathing and when I have to schedule a lot of appointments it becomes extremely difficult. This app does not work. I am very familiar with military time. And when I put something in throws it to the wrong time completely. It's really a shame that nobody from American Medical Response is paying attention to the comments. I am sure this is an extremely easy fix. Too bad it was a great idea though.

App was redesigned, however the appoitment time and date section is off and doesn't allow am or pm input. It would also be better if we could successfully cancel an appointment made. Also, the pop up screens for scroll or input are too large and doesn't allow you to see what you're currently typing. App also fades in and out for a few seconds too long showing a blank screen. I like the potential of trying to create a better app, a great app, so please fix these issues to be successful.

Since the last update, the app changes the time of my appointment on its own once I submit the request and gives me no way to fix it. This has become a constant problem and I continuously having to call in to fix my appointment times. This is difficult because I cannot hear well on the phone and enjoyed the ease of this app until this started happening.

If this isn't the most dysfunctional app on here then I can't imagine what would be. No matter how many steps you follow or how carefully, or how accurate the information entered into any particular field, I have yet to see this app successfully complete even one single prescribed task in the several months since I first began trying to use it. It's a useless piece of garbage, and there is zero support available whenever you report a bug to them.

They revamped the App and it's worse than before. 1) It's difficult to enter an address because a) the app doesn't show what you're typing, and b) the app doesn't use the address you enter, it uses the building name. 2) Instead of using the circular graphic with military time; use a straight forward numeric system with an AM/PM box. 3) App does not save the information entered so I will have to call in anyway to set the correct information. 4) Tech Support is still non-existent.

Don't even bother with this app. Unless they completely rehaul it the only use it has is seeing the scheduled trips you called in and to cancel them. To register you have to enter your birthday, but you can't type it in. Which means you have to back space through EVERY SINGLE MONTH in EVERY SINGLE YEAR you have been alive on a calendar to get to your birthday. The app won't let you add apartment numbers. The only way you can enter an address is if it's in your saved adresses. Garbage app.

There is no way to add or edit a stop, so if your pharmacy texts an order or your doctor fills out a scrip then you have to call. Additionally checking a scheduled appointment creates a pop-up with a tiny "X" and a Large red button that says "Cancel Trip". I imagine several seniors and disabilities individuals have clicked that cancel trip button by accident just trying to back out of the pop-up. If your going to have a button at the bottom then you should include a back button that is larger.

Can't get pass the confirmation email or phone number to register, I read a lot of the ratings and there are more negatives than positive reviews. I have a hearing problem so I thought that if I went through this app it would make things easier. I'd rather keep trying to have them repeat what they were asking then to go through this APP, and some of them have a worse problem with hearing then I do.... maybe if I'm still around in 5 years it will be working right, for now I'm UNINSTALLING NOW.🙄

Update version difficult to use. I am unable to see the address when typing them in and correct address does not pop up while searching. It's frustrating to use. I wonder was it even tested before implimenting? This app is unreliable and a waste of time.

Worst app for getting a medical ride as the time keeps changing on its own, then I had 3 appointment set up & they all said pending, when I called A2C they said there was nothing showing up at all even though I set up 2 of the 3 rides 2 days before I called then when I get wrong times I get we don't have enough drivers more trouble then calling in which was suppose to be the satisfactory part of this app, so you don't have to go through the trouble over the phone...0 stars 🌟👎 if I could

Oh dear lord. The worst app to schedule any trips/rides. Tried setting up my rides and addresses and time set up is all off. Why offer this service on the app if it doesn't be work. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

This app is useless. You can't schedule trips for the right time, especially if it's after noon, you'll get marked for early morning... Like a 5pm appointment will get scheduled for 3am. Canceling trips are nearly impossible. Stick to calls, don't bother with this app unless you are glutton for frustration.

Does not work. Called number in FAQs and spent 1/2 hour (and still waiting) being transferred to 3 different agents, all of which were schedulers and none of which knew how to help or where to direct me. Without a doubt the worst, most clueless customer service ever experienced. And that is saying something. After 35 minutes and three agents I was told to call back Monday. I hope this review saves someone else's valuable time. I will never get it back, that's for sure.

Does not allow 2 add additional stops, (ie. Pharmacy), when it clicks to 1st trip does not allow return to 1st page. Have to close out of app and reopen then start over because does not allow ANY EDITING. Same thing when my dr. Reschedules my time. You need alot of corrections to this app. Think a more qualified programer would help. Also Lyft does not allow to request certain vehicles. I can't climb into trucks or high vehicles. So I have to cancel when they arrive n no way to request another.

I initially downloaded the access2care app on 9/11. To this date 9/12 I have installed and unistalled the app 8 times. This is the message it gives me: MEMBER ID DOESN'T EXIST. PLEASE CHECK MEM ID & TRY AGAIN. If I could give it NO STARS that would be most accurate. I called access2care today to see if someone could give me some technical support on this app and they said "I asked around here and no one has heard of it. Figure that one out! If someone can help, I would appreciate it since I use the service at least 2 times a week and sometimes when you call to get the return ride, you may be on hold for 20 minutes. So, this app would help a lot.

App is not intuitive and doesn't function properly when adding locations to ride requests. What is the point of adding addresses if they can't be selected for pick-up drop-off locations. App needs a lot of work to be functional.

Pros: Able to schedule trips, cancel trips without having to call the Transportation Scheduling Line Easy to use. Has a support phone line to call about issues with App. Saves minutes on phone. Can schedule trips after kids asleep. Cons: Would like to see more features, including how many trips I have left. Would like to have ability to add kids to my app.

The most worthless POS ever. Supposed to save time and a phone call but it took time to figure out you can only put it a street address and if you have an apt, suite, or any additional it won't allow and only gives pre-determined street address and doesn't allow to search with the apt and/or suite#. I gave it a star, if I could have I would have given it negative stars.

I am having problems registering on this app. I tried to email the developers at the email address on the Google Play entry and that email address no longer exists. I suspect this app is dead. I will be notifying Google Play Store so they can remove this app.

As a blind user using Android, I can tell that nobody even bothered to accurately test this app for Android use! We are not on iOS, we are on Android, we do some things differently here. I hope that whoever put this up over here will reconfigure it and clean it up and test it with talk back users so that we can use it properly with talk back. I have dealt with apps like this before, so I could sort of figure it out, however, even though I could do that it doesn't send you the codes that you ask

Complete garbage app. Phone verification doesn't work. Email verification works, however when you leave the app during registering to check the validation code, you have to start all over which completely defeats the entire purpose of having the validation code. They need to fire the developers that made this app

So far, I have experienced no problems. I was able to schedule two trips in less time than scheduling one by calling in. The pending process took less than a day. Then you are instantly informed of your form of transportation, their contact number, and your pick up time. I am definitely in love with this app. I will give an update after my first ride, which is in 8 days.

Revised application bad. All stored frequent addresses gone. App keeps stopping and/or won't open. ONLY allows to enter and am shows up. Cannot change to pm. Unable to even open app now

Horrible app. I scheduled my trip on this app. For some reason I called transportation to just verify, and lo and behold there was no trip scheduled. Thank God I called, otherwise I would have missed my appointment. Be very careful if you schedule through this app.

Stupid app. You can't input your birthday directly. It gives you a pop-up calendar that will only allow you to go back 1 month at a time. I'm 70, do that is way too many button presses for me.

Fake app for a marginal transpo service - cannot request rides through app as it changes location and time (doesn't accept valid addresses defaulting to street with no number, times default to TWO AM regardless of time set!)

I had trouble from the start. I had problems with member ID, birthday calendar, trying to validate my email address and telephone number, no validation code being sent in order to validate email/phone number. IT'S JUST TOO MUCH TROUBLE. I'M DELETING THE APP AND GOING BACK TO THE WAY I'VE DID IT BEFORE.
