after all the poor reviews, why are none of these addressed, after it froze on first installation on reinstall it will not let me view in any orientation, when trying to view in portrait it goes to landscape and vice versa so am constantly trying to view with tablet at an angle also will only allow in fluent, come on app developer pull your finger out and make this work. Philex take note! Update after installing new app now works perfectly.
After months of app working really well we have now returned to previous issues will not go to clear all freezes up when selected I am about to give up and change whole system to something I can rely 0n (Disappointed ) App has worked in a fashion for some time, now all back to above still can't share video clips but Will share screenshots.also back to no clear just freezes this makes the system useless after 2 years of trying have to admit defeat and conclude that Ac and Ad apps are rubbish
Good for home cctv. For whatever reason my system goes offline occasionally - but overall a decent app. Update March 2022...... Have now completely given up with this app ( needs a cr in front and a p removed at end). Remote access is non existant - app says device is offline. IT IS NOT. After a promosing start....very disappointed.
A mind of its own... If you want stream live you can only watch it in "fluent" mode, if you try to use "clear" mode it stops independently from your WiFi strength, the app allowed me to stream in Clear mode only a few times... Same goes for ADCloud.
Finally! All functions working right. Took too long and too much frustration so 4 stars but at least I can now recommend the app unreservedly. Just be aware you may actually need a firmware upgrade to get clear view/ replay working and the nice support team on here can help with that.
The app went blank been trying start all over again and only lets me add one of four cameras ugh frustrating Tried from my desk top and it's asking to scan each camera or enter 16 digit code and that is only located on the device. I have up.
Lost Password can be reset in the app, but data from my dvr is still not accessible due to "password error". Developer doesn't respond to emails.
No matter what we do we can't get any notifications of activities on our camera's. We have to sit and look through everything instead of being told by push notifications that someone is on our property. One of the main reasons we brought this is to be notified immediately
Absolutely appalling customer service do not even reply to emails Aldi and other retailers need to address this as it renders mobile app useless saying your offline when obviously not this is z common problem which they can't seem to fix
Was working fine untill I updating samsung s10 to Android 12 since then I can't view individual cameras correctly in full screen. Please look into it
Rubbish app, if it loads it's jerky won't switch to clear mode swapping to a zosi box ASAP.
The playback feature doesn't work. The time on the app is a mile out. really garbage app. very frustrating.
Works but needs improvement, HD/Clear mode has stopped working, which is not useful when trying to see at night.
Won't scan qr code, have spent hours and hours trying to get the camera to scan the qr code from the app, different angles and distances and brightness and will not work :(
App is good would be even better if the picture waited on clear instead of switching back to fluent all the time other then that Im happy with app
I get constant push notifications now. Even when nothing has been detected. How do I update the firmware on my box??.?
App was ok but now not working saying I am off line when I am clearly not. I am not sure if the app provider has gone bust or out of business ...
Quite an improvement in the visual application, but can run a little sluggish when loading live stream.
Brilliant tool for peace of mind when implementing home security. Easy to set up and and operate. 10/10.

Definitely there is room to improve. Clear view never works? But for the price I payd on cctv kit I think it's worth it.
This company is pathetic. They broken ADCloud and can't seem to fix it so they make a new app and call it ACCloud, but it's still the same broken app. I will look for an alternative.
Just installed as Adcloud had not worked properly on Web only locally .But so far the app has worked really well
Easy set-up. The application works without any issues.
Does the job, but could do it better. It feels quite clunky an unintuitive to use. It's usually pretty quick to connect and load. I don't recall it crashing in the 6 months I've used it. It has only a second delay for real-time viewing. The rewind function is useful to have on the mobile device. I don't have any notifications set up for the app, so I can't speak about those. I sometimes have issues with trying to capture screenshots, both in app and via the system. Should load in live view.
