The support I get through the staff ( Cesar/nurse Denise/ Yolanda) have been wonderful. I understand if reps are busy ,and can't reply due to helping others. I can reach with a call , or text , and someone will reply .
The app is worthless. I have to use the phone number every time to simply find a provider. The provider search returns 0 results no matter what I am searching for. There is no way to look for providers on your own and if Accolade is closed for a holiday, like today, well you're screwed until they open.
Easy to chat with assistance ask questions, search, make appointments... great app.
My concern was the list of Dr's that I was given was rather outdated. They said it was the responsibility of the providers to update. I feel its a bit of a problem that needs correcting however that is done. otherwise staff is helpful and caring.

I have to say, when I was suggested this app through my insurance, I was skeptical. However, I was assigned my own Health Assistant and, when she is not available through her personal phone extension, this app allows me to send her a secure personal message. She gets back to me ASAP and I don't have to go through the hassle of listening and entering into the entire insurance phone system. It's been a blessing and SUPER easy to use!

The app seems to have been designed well but is terrible from a UX perspective. Most of the times the provider details are unavailable. There is an option to "ask accolade" about a specific provider and yet the message would not include any details about them. They might as well fire the team managing this product component and directly link to a Google search result.
It's comforting to have nurses and assistance on hand, but I have experienced some outages (being cut off during a chat session, chat not working, etc) recently. Probably due to heavy workload during annual enrollment. I do depend on this app quite a bit, it does help me navigate this confusing world of health insurance!
Easy to use and super user friendly. I do wish there was 24hrs availability. Being in different time zones can be a bit annoying.
this is easy way to get questions answered during a workweek when unable to spend time on a phone call. I also like the personal update with the same nurse thoughout the year.
Worthless. The 1st thing I tried after signing in was to look at prescription benefits and all it did was point me to the Anthem site. If it's going to act like a consolidator site then it's should consolidate
Convenient and easy to use. Much better than calling in and dealing with hold times.
this app makes communication much easier... I use the IM feature often during my surgery for info vs waiting forever on hold.
Works reasonably well. a lot of clicks to get started. it's asking me information about myself that the system should already know for my account.
Terrible service. Quite simply: in the way. After a health issue over the holidays, we had several questions over the weeks. First off, the app messaging system is absolutely useless. The 'long wait times' message is permanently posted on the messaging page. They aren't kidding about that because it took 12 hours to receive a response. In the mean time I called, also long wait times. When I got a call back the rep provided absolutely zero meaningful info. Congrats on this $ grab Accolade.
The app worked great for months. Then the last week, I have messaged my health assistant who is usually on top of everything & she hasn't responded. I'm guessing something is up with the app & she's not getting my messages bc the app keeps logging me out & I have to completely sign in again & I have it set to fingerprint login on my phone. Hopefully someone can fix this bug
This is THE WORST app. COMPLETELY USELESS. Nobody monitors it. I sent messages and have never received responses despite MONTHS passing. This has happened multiple times. I sent feedback and that garnered a reply to (guess what!) send a message to my health assistant...the very people who are not responding to my messages!
The app used to be great, but now the customer service has really gone downhill. Health assistant doesn't respond for days. The spending balance has not been updated since last November for my individual spending balance. Something has definitely changed with this service, unfortunately. :(
I absolutely LOVE the accolade app. We all know how horrible insurance can be and it gets so frustrating. I was assigned to a wonderful lady named Alex and she is absolutely the best. Monday through Friday if I send her a message about "this place is being denied through claims" she gets back to me within 30 minutes at most and has the issue taken care of Pronto!!!
The best communications app for my insurance issues I've ever had. Brianna is fantastic and it is fantastic to be able to send a message and get an immediate response without having to look for the phone number and call. Unfortunately I cannot rate any higher than five stars but if I could, I would. That's for the app AND Brianna.
Once I was set up, communication was great. Since having two surgeries, however communication has stopped. I left a message and no call back. I sent a message through the app and no reply.
Easiest way to talk or text to a dedicated team member about everything in regards to my insurance questions. Every request has been answered quickly & respectfully. When I've had issues with the pharmacy & the insurance company, a dispute with the insurance company over an EOB where something was denied, I used this app to contact my dedicated rep with accolade, she or the staff stepped up to the plate multiple times quickly, faster than a phone call, where I sat on hold for 20 + minutes.
the app is quite slow sometimes and hangs. but apartment from that the people are great.
Terrible. It was a nightmare to setup. Finally did it, and I am not sure even how. And their was no icon created, so I have to get into it through Settings/App. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
I'm extremely impressed! Everyone is so helpful in navigating the healthcare world and in finding the right provider. Very convenient and has saved me a lot of time and headache.
After an update the app opens to a black screen and that is all there is. No logo, no logon fields, just a black page. Someone needs to look at what they broke in their package updates.

After 2 years the app still doesn't work. After leaving the app (e.g. to view a PDF) I couldn't see any new messages. I could here the sound, but the chat would not update. I had to exit the chat and enter again to see new messages. Super annoying, and probably a rookie coding mistake that somehow wasn't caught by QA. Very unfortunate.
