When I click on the notification which is sent by you guys I could not open the read the msg, it just vanishes.i have reinstalled , loaded and loaded again but i dont see any address of that msg. I could not find it anywhere in the app and I hope u will look after this msg and resolve as soon as possible. The last msg that I got from school was about the cancellation of board exam and when I go to msgs section, I see the msgs that were sent in 2018 and back. STUDENT ID - 15AS010517 THANK YOU..

Please give one option to communicate with class teacher/administrative staff with text messages as there is no mobile number available With parents. It is very useful to parents and class teacher for interaction with each other instead of calling to mobiles. Pls think abt this issue and help to easy communication
