Accounting Bookkeeping - Invoice Expense Inventory
Simple Accounting Bookkeeping helps you to record all your transactions such as Sale, Purchase, Payments , Expenses, Taxes etc. in an extremely simple manner.
Simple Accounting Bookkeeping has been designed for small businesses to manage their complete accounting needs with limited or no knowledge of underlying accounting principles. You can send across invoices, record purchases, manage your expenses, track your payable and receivables.
INPUT TAXES : The app supports tracking input credits for VAT / GST etc. on your purchases and offsetting the same on taxes payable against your Sales.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT : If you buy/sell physical products You can enable inventory tracking for them. Your inventory levels for each product will be automatically reduced on Sale and increased on Purchases. Profit and Loss module would keep track of "Cost of Goods Sold" whenever you make a Sale and calculate your profits accordingly.
It is useful for businesses dealing in services as well as physical products.

The app contains an Easy-to-use Dashboard which features

Sales and Purchases
- Create multiple Sales / Purchase Accounts to classify your Sales/Purchase ( by region, product vertical etc.)
- Record a sale / Purchase with or without creating an invoice ( inventory will not be affected if itemised details are not entered)
- Multiple Template options for sending invoices
- Add Logo and Signature to your invoice
- Set Due Dates on Invoice
Payments
- Record your payment transactions when you Make / Receive payments
- Keep track of your payables and receivables
- Payment transactions automatically update your bank / cash balance
- Accept partial payments against an invoice
- Accept payments as Advances even when you have not issued any invoices
Taxes
- Designed for multiple tax systems such as VAT, GST , Sales Tax etc
- Identify Taxes paid on purchase for which you receive input credit ( as in VAT system or GST system)
- Offset these input credits against taxes collected on Sale of Goods
- The app will show you Net Tax Payable as difference of Input Credits and Tax on Sales and record the payment of the same.
Expenses
- Record expenses incurred in cash or as credit
- Petty Cash expenses can be quickly recorded without referring a supplier
- Record payments for expenses incurred on credit
- Dashboard helps you keep track your major expenses
Backup and Restore
- Link your Dropbox account to the app & Backup your data on Dropbox/ Google Drive
Ledger and journal Entries
- View complete ledger of any account - Client , Supplier, Expenses, Cash, Bank, Taxes etc
- Complex transactions can be recorded as simple journal entries using double entry accounting principles ( Credit and Debit)

The app is just OK. It is not very user friendly. Took me a looonnng time to figure out how to use it. Can be very confusing but if you are willing to put in the time and effort to learn the program (through trial and error) it is a very capable and reletively affortable program. A tutorial would be beneficial however.
Hye, I'm thinking of subscribing this apps but unfortunately the apps wont view landscape? I can't find it anywhere in the setting..i hope u can fix it because i really need it to use on my tablet and my keyboard connect to the tablet using magnetic connector not Bluetooth..thank you very much
This is probably the best app on playstore for business finance management. I'll gradly buy this app but for one thing. It is overly complicated for the average small business. Apps like these are supposed to simply operations such that you don't have to have accounting knowledge to use it. Please try and simplify it as much as possible especially the area of "Accounts". Nonetheless, I give you guys thumbs up
Nice Apps, used for 2 years now. Few suggestions, which ain't complicated but can be solved via ordinary updates (I think)..Ex, the Inventory mana- ement is difficult to manage, for reconciliations & can't be selected in the selected box given for each items etc.. It would be nice if the invoice/S.O/P.O/quotations & sales.. , PRINTABLE template requires editable one.. Like adding a new columns etc & also, the font sizes are too big resulting in 2/3 pages for simp selling/purchasing 10 items....
I have been requesting the admin to add features like delivery note and credit note for a while now. Other applications have them and they are doing so well. Do you have plans to add the two features or not??? Those documents are very important as well. Am still waiting on this if it's not going to be added then we can use other available apps
Issue with the inventory. Deleted a product from the Product/Services list but its still showing up in my inventory. Even after I recalculate inventory its still there. This is a serious issue because its giving me false values on my liabilities/assets. I really need help with this issue.
I'm recently joined to be One of the accounting book users. I have been using simple invoice manager the last two years. The app is very very useful but I could have suggested that it should be added daily selling record or monthly sells on dashboard. When items are very long in writing and it has a similar one with different measurements it will confused what to choose. I hope you will be updating soon to enjoy the app
The best accounting app out of several I've tried. Full suite of functions to easily manage your business on the go. Extremely user friendly. Would be great if users can be added with restrictions e.g. only allowed to see inventory and create invoices
I have been looking for a simple but comprehensive app that would help me keep real time records for my small busines, most others have fallen short, but this app just keeps going 😍...I will invest in the pro version when my trial ends
It is very user friendly and i am in my trail period. So far so good i couldn't hesitate to give it 5 stars. But i would like to make a suggetion for the invoice which is been paid if there could be a stamp paid on the invoice as many app do so. And it would be easier for the costumer to differncate. If the app has that i would shift to it, please put it on consideration
Great app so far. Been uaing it for the past 3months and it's been nothing short of awesome. Would love to see you guys add an option for sending invoice via sms.
Invoice manager is awesome but this one amazing, love it, reoccurring expenses like salaries, please make it easier I pay same amount every month, and I don't even want my salaries as an expense, salaries is huge shd have its own module really, this app is good for small businesses so make it fully comprehensive, then no need to go anywhere
I was desperately looking for accounting apps, installed many apps but not satisfied, later I Found this app and its very useful app, i am a manufacturer of garments, it covers all the aspect of accounting. Balance sheet, profit and loss Ac, etc, I am completely satisfied with the service. Having web access also. UI also very neat. Subscription also affordable. I can say, its a smaller version of Tally ERP. More importantly its a cloud base and facilitate to back up on Google drive. Thanks
Is there a web/windows version of this app? Looks good just trying it out, but I noticed that entering inventory items is not simplified. Also how possible can you create migration from other accounting application or excel
So far the app works great. I am still using the trial mode. It works fine. I practiced a lot to see what works and doesn't. Entered test transactions, journal entries, stock and more. Just to see how things work. To be honest this app is way better to work in after I understood the concept (of accounting). The reporting is also great. Would be nice if recurring expenses was available to enter. I will be back after the trial period.

Looks like this app is good as i just downloaded. But one of the feature looks missing as project wise accounting (especially for construction projects) or i may not be able find it if this is is already there. So I would like to know if this is possible at this stage for data entry as per project expenses.

Good app. Accounting made easier. If it can only get user log in and administrative roles could be perfect
1.Please add the option to purchase invoice against sales invoice like payment against invoice. 2. Sales Return and Purchase Return are not fully functional or work as supposed to. 3. problems persisting with linking payments to invoice. 4. I still recommend this app. good work team.
The app is OK but what I could wish the app to have is, there could be option to add and link admins,data opperators and data viewers
This is very latest and user freind accounting apps. But is more and more attractive if it has free cloud storage and synchronization for limited period to check it's productivity more to be confident enough to buy subscription. I can't find any total amount and total number of sales in the sales report section. It should be mentioned at the bottom end of every sales report. Please do get it done. Thank you.
This app is awesome, it just needs to work with more than one currency. You should be able to have a USD account and a local currency account..
On the simple accounting app, it will be great if you can add pop-up calculator when entering the amount. Also, the option to setup recurring transactions for income and expenses.
Perfect for my extremely small business considering my bookkeeping skill level. Does everything I used to use several apps to do (estimates, invoices, bookkeeping, customer/material database), and there's really nothing I need it to do that it doesn't. Truthfully the one and only thing I wish I could have it do is show me a report on my income versus expenses (all I can find is sales versus expenses)... but that might just be me doing something wrong.
