My graph in the graph window has expanded out for some reason. Would like to collapse it back to see entire entry. Can't see any data unless I go to the graph view and check. I have to move the screen to see and will only collapse a minimal amount.

No way to sync data with any of their IR meters. Can only manually enter data. So not very useful when used in conjunction with their pc 360 software which their IR meters can sync with. Why they didn't make their $66 pc software/IR receiver the go between, I'll never understand. I feel ripped off for buying the pc software/IR receiver, now.

Bought one of their meters that should work Bluetooth but it doesn't work with my Android phone (what a crock) and now I find that I can't email the snapshot in a form other than a picture so my doctor can't read it. It needs to be in .PDF form not .PNG format so people can read it. Would not recommend their meter nor the app.

[UPDATE, Oct 1, 2015 - I told Accucheck that this was broken on Android 5 (Galaxy S5) two years ago; their original response made it sound like I had somehow installed it wrong. Took them long enough to fix...] A daily health log app becomes worthless when it stops working during the latest OS upgrade, and MONTHS go by, during which the author's promised fix never comes. This is completely unacceptable. If Accucheck cared at all about their customers, this would have been fixed in the first three days.

Very disappointed that the meter is not compatible with my phone. Right now it's no better than the aviva plus which would have been a free meter for me. I specifically wanted the ability to sync.

I just switched from Galaxy S III to Galaxy Note 4. I imported my data to an email and tried to transfer to new phone. App gives error of no such file or directory & says transfer failed. I tried downloading the file as well, but then doesn't give option to open with app, just HTML. What am I doing wrong? UPDATE: after calling customer service, the Discoverer(Linda) file manager app was required to transfer the backup file. Works great. Thanks!

Got an accu chek connect meter but that app doesn't work with my LG g4 phone. This app doesn't have a connection feature. Pretty disappointed at the management offering from accu chek.

Doesn't work with Google pixel running latest version of Android can't pair, this don't waste your money. Does Roche have no competent programers.

Really like the app but it could benefit from an export to pdf upgrade or a usable printer export. The image generated is unreadable and not printer friendly.

Useless. Has not been updated since 4.3 and does not work at all on Lollipop. Oct 5. It now works on Lollipop. Just in time for Marshmallow. Will it work on Marshmallow??

I like that it can remind me to check my blood sugar level.

Getting this error on my LG G4. Unexpected error has occurred. Must restart. Once restarted receive the same error.

Ric. S. Jan 27, 2016

As some have pointed out, will not run on Lollipop. Just says it has to restart. As of 5/23/15 still not working with Android 5.0.....As of 1/26/16 now runs on Android 5.0. Finally!! Updated my rating.

Don't buy if it is for the connection between phone app and device

Is this app not compatible with the Aviva connect meter?

But. K. Oct 8, 2016

Device (Aviva connect) says it's paired with my phone, phone says it's paired with the meter. Trying to send data to this app and meter won't transfer...no progress

Eri. W. Apr 3, 2016

I bought the Accu-chek Aviva Connect today and the instructions that came with it dose not match the app. Their is no way to send readings from machine to app because the directions to connect the two are not right. I go to settings in the app but their is no pair or connect in the app like the directions say. Not pair on my phone, but also suppose to pair or sync the actual app and their is no "pair" anywhere in app settings.
