Horrible App!! I can't understand why they can't get the photo upload feature to work as it's supposed to when I'm out in the field. When a picture fails, you should be able to hit the "retry all" button in the failed uploads section, yet it hasn't worked ONCE in all my 4+ years using this app. How many years should we expect for that feature to work? We're out here in the field with an app that can't keep up. Figure your stuff out Acculynx, pls and thx. BW

limited to compared other apps. did the last update and HUGE mistake. Slow as molasses in the winter time going uphill. Maybe great system for roofs which my company doesn't do but picked this app and a month later still shelving using it due to difficulty and ease of use As they try to branch out there are many better field management software programs out there for much less.

Good app to keep me connected with clients, future appointments, and Invoices. It's user-friendly, but not as detailed as the website. The only problem I have is the Calendar does not update after making changes and frequent lagging.

I'm long time user of this app.... it works great when I'm in the office with wifi, but out on the road it very often doesnt let me upload pics in a bunch. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using an android device or what.... if not for this issue I would rate it much higher

It worked the first few days, then it suddenly logged me out and now says "you've been logged out" every time I try to log in. I've done everything - deleted and re-downloaded, changed permissions, changed storage, nothing works.

I use to LOVE this app, as I use it daily for all my construction projects. But suddenly this last month it has CRASHED ON ME and I cant even get into my jobs anymore! It's so annoying now that I have to get wifi and log into the internet to use Acculynx. I am very disappointed with this new app, that seems to be a step in the wrong direction. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!

Always have issues with unloading pictures. Very frustrating and time consuming. Something changed for the worse last update. PLEASE FIX THE APP!

Every time a reschedule a customer or move their time around. The appointment doesn't not show up on my calendar. I am so busy and yet lost out on so much opportunity because it doesn't load the rescheduling on my calendar. PLEASE FIX THIS YALL!

How does an app work worse over time without adding any features? I really have to applaud the people at acculynx for doing the impossible.

Won't upload after recent update. I can be on wifi and it will tell me pictures will upload after connection resumes. Pictures were a nightmare to upload before, now it's just a joke. 50 sales people not being able to upload from the app. What a joke

Constantly loading, freezing on photo uploads, whatever update was rolled out earlier this year has negatively impacted all functionality.

Bad update. As of 10/10/19, pipeline won't upload, messages won't upload, etc. This app is now non-functional on my S9.

There are changing so much money .And I ask for what? It's so lame and slow. You can't upload anything to it when you are on the field. Pictures forget about it. Useless. Need to find something else.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP!! WONT EVEN OPEN DOCS - SO SIMPLE- WHEN CONNECTED TO WIFI!! It's a horrible app PHOTOS TAKE forever to upload and sometimes they don't upload don't waste your money...12.10.19.. just tried to upload photos 20 times no avail

Altho the app does what I need for the most part they are way over priced when you add the add-ons!!!

Uploading pictures does not work properly

Trying to download on my pad and it tells me it is having a problem with the download configuration.

every time I try to open it it says there was an unexpected error try again later

This is a great program for businesses to organize and adapt to current events and employee notification.

This app freezes up when I try to upload pics. Do better.

Our company pays $1000 per month for this app and it doesn't work half of the time on staff that uses Androids. I would think twice about using this app.

I like the app but I really want to be able to pull up the calander.

Hasn't worked since 10/10 update for Pixel 2.

Please get this app functioning better. This app working well is crucial for field reps.

Would prefer to use a better app if possible. Only use this because the company does..
