Accurate Barometer
Every weather forecast service presents barometric pressure referred to mean sea level, but if you (and your device) are not at sea level?
Well, this App locates your position, identifies the altitude of your location and so it corrects the measured pressure to refer it to mean sea level.
It also:
- shows the pressure in different barometric units (hPa, mbar, mmHg, inHg)
- keeps history of measures and gives the pressure trends
- gives short time weather forecasts based on barometric pressure and pressure trend
In order to obtain valid weather forecasts, the user is encouraged to launch the App every day (better even often), to permit pressure trend evaluation.

Although I was initially disappointed that my phone does not have an internal pressure device, the app accesses the nearby airport and quickly shows an accurate reading. Also, having a good understanding of how a barometer works, I know that it's the trend of the pointer and not the current reading that predicts the weather. Thanks for a good app.

It's accurate but doesn't run in tha background even with it set as excluded from battery saving management.
Great update! Like the calibration feature I have set 10 millibars less so it shows rain when the pressure drops less then a 100.0 mbs so calibration says 99.0 on my device yesterday the pressure dropped to 99.2 in my region so after I calibrated barometer it said 98.2 which is exactly what I want. Thanks for an awesome barometer! great app devs!
Basic. Clear presentation of pressure, but unclear is this the pressure at the local airport or my current position, which is 1000 feet higher? Need to adjust to current altitude, or at least show how calculate difference.
Very accurate with phone pressure sensor.
I compared it to my house barometer and it is accurate. I find useful when looking at the weather forecast and then compare that to my barometer app.
Some ads but again it all depends on how you want your settings for the app. Yes I think so. There again it is up to your way to work the settings for the app as you would like it to be.
Reasonably good but lacks instructions - there are two barometers on screen but only one displays a reading and there are no instructions to say why this is so.
This is the most accurate barometer app that I have ever found in the app store. I rely on it exclusively. The Pro version is outstanding.
I had upgraded to Pro and the "App" was not working as it should, and I gave it 2/5. The problem has been fixed and I could not be happier with the performance and accuracy of the App. 5/5

Uninstalled paid version as there is no widget. Apart from that this appears to be the best available app.

Bad because it auto-disables app after a while, forcing you to update. My phone=My update policy!

Handy and Quick
I found it very easy to use and it does what I want. 8)
After the Sept update, no more app! Worked well till then... Very disappointed... Uninstalled, then re-installed, same result...a blank screen. Update - Tried for a while to get this to work. Suddenly one day, it was back! Thanks!!
