First time inputting my numbers and it couldn't calculate it. A box came up saying, "Can not correctly estimate body fat percentage based on the provided measurements. Verify the numbers and try again." Basically the app couldn't handle a person 63 inches tall weighing over 350. Useless for anyone wanting an added aid as they lose weight.
There are lots of different ways to measure body fat. You cannot measure based on activity. It's not that much effective
Yes the % changes with activity level because measurements remain the same. It thinks you have more muscle. I'm glad this is such little work. Lol
I used to recommend this app to my clients (I am a personal trainer ) to keep up with their body fat between caliper testing. The last update made it very in accurate. Even on the body builder setting (which should give the lowest) it is registering about 4% high. Please bring back the old version .
Your percentage changes depending on the activity level you select. I'm 24% at "normal," 22% at "active" and 19% at "bodybuilder." 24% is "fit" per the ACE chart and "ideal" for a woman my age per the Jackson & Pollock chart, but the app puts it in the could-stand-to-lose-some-weight category. This app can give you a reasonable range of figures for your body fat percentage, but look elsewhere for actual fitness advice.
I weigh 125 and am 67 inches tall. It says I should lose weight. Any more and I will be a frigging stick!
Only the Navy Tape method, and the result is buried between a ton of ads
I know how one looks like at a certain body fat % and all the other apps in the store were nowhere close to this app in accuracy, moreover I don't see any Advts now....devs, keep up the good work....kudos!
Called me obese when you can feel my ribs in an unhealthy way at 15bls lighter than I am
It was inaccurate for sure and way off.
Say's I'm at 20% at athletic and 18% on bodybuilder..but I did 2 other diff sites that measured body fat% that required more measurements and they both said I was at 14%...doesn't seem that accurate.. Idk
Very good and acurate
Waste of time
ITS A GREAT APP DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SHOULD BUT EVERY 10 SECONDS YOU GET SPAM APP ADVERTISING! very annoying!
This app spam ads everytime you input your height information.
This is the best app when it comes to the closest and accurate results.
Its pretty much useless
There are more ads in this app than the app functionality itself. The ads just ruin the user experience here, I hate opening this app.
Thanks
Thinks I'm double my actual percentage
I don't know if this is actually accurate or not, but I'm loving the progress I'm seeing! If nothing else it keeps your last measurements on so you can see them before you change them, but you may have to check the fitness level if you're a bodybuilder, etc.
The app ia good, but will never be as accurate as people want. The best way to get body fat is still by calipers, but this is still helpful to see if my bodyfat is getting lower or not.
I can tell you as a trainee personal trainer, it's completely wrong!!! I'm about 23-24% bf after a mass bulk, this claims I am 18%, which trust me, visually is a massive difference!!! Don't bother with it.
I hope you like push ads. Pushes ads on to your notification bar
App it is good BUT it was so important the option of remove ads
This app is accurate if you are measuring correctly. It would be great if they added the BMR along with how many pounds are muscle and fat.
The results are way off compared to the doctor's and trainer's results.
The most accurate yet
It dose not take in to account hips or arms like is claimed
Worked wonderfully for ages, then my phone had a software update & now the app won't even open, it crashes out & closes down in under 2secs. Such a shame
