New customer. Had used only once. Approved for what I asked for, the first time around. Loan paid in full from my account in time span agreed. Asked for a 2nd loan 30 days later. Lesser amount approved. Explanation (from ACE) was that my income was insufficient?? Not true. Info and income has not changed. They also perform a "hard pull" on your credit score each time you apply. I will not use them again.. after this last loan is paid back.
This app never opens on my Android phone; it just spins after I enter my password and enter to continue. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that fixes the issue. Very frustrating.
Broken app. have an existing loan with ACE. Tried to log in to see how much the current pay off amount would be. Only says, "we're sorry this is an inconvenience", or something like that. Click on "home" and it knows who i am and that i have an existing loan but when clicking on "make a payment", it's says again, "sorry this is an inconvenience". No, I AM sorry i downloaded this.
I am so unbelievably happy about this app and Ace Cash Express services. Lending money quickly has never been so easy. I appreciate that it takes so little time to complete my application and receive funds directly to my bank account. As well as a reasonable amount of time given to pay back the loan. I recommend to anyone and every single mom out there especially. This is so easy to use and helps me so much with taking care of my family because emergencies happen and bills need to be paid!
Worked before the update. Paid off my loan, and applied for another one. Denied do to limited credit activity, lol. After paying off the loan you would think that it wouldn't be a problem to get another one through the same company. Especially when not missing one payment.
Yet another customer who cannot use the app - see the countless others stating the same issue. Frankly, I'm shocked the inability to utilize such an important business tool has gone unaddressed for this long (several months have passed since the first review/reporting of this issue). Customer satisfaction is significantly impacted due to an unuseable app. I hope the consistent feedback will bring the problem to the company's attention and result in change.
I updated the app and now I can't even use it. Keeps telling me to update and going back and forth. Update: still cannot get into the app and it's been 4 days... this is ridiculous!
Used to work fine, until last update. Now constantly tells me to update when I have latest update. Please fix this! I miss being able to make payments.
I was a loyal customer for ACE, and never had a problem, now I can't get a loan. What kind of business is this where they blackball loyal customers. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The customer service representatives needs more training, because they're not capable of answering direct questions, they can't think outside the (box) computer screen. I gave them 5 stars base on my interactions with the online application👍, not the customer service representatives👎.
Very poor experience I was trying to get another loan the foreign lady told me I couldn't cause I still have an open loan well I did it before so this bull thanks when person needs cash they should be able to get it if I wasn't making payments which I am I could understand NOT HAPPY😠!!!!
When I log in it never loads. The circle stays there forever. Waste of time. I log can log in on the website though.
App will not let me in says I need to update...updated still cant get in. Restarted phone still nothing. Uninstalled app restarted phone and installed again, still says update needed! Ughhh please fix!

this is a very poorly designed app that does not work half the time. it glitches and sits and thinks forever. it doesn't allow you to go back and view docs or anything helpful. i have deleted and redownloaded the app several times and it still doesn't work.
