You removed all videos from desktop access just to increase application users, this is totally unfair and unjustified to students. Shifting from a laptop screen to mobile screen is a drastic change in study pattern. Bring back old system of recorded lectures on desktop.

There is alot of difference between watching classes on mobile and laptop.. Getting stressed alot due to mobile.. And unable to write notes coz if we keep phone away while sitting on study table, words are not visible. Please bring back the old system or update this app to work on laptop..

Never believe this academy words.. since two months they saying you'll get recorded videos on system but still I am unable to access. They just say we are sorry for your inconvenience caused blaah blaah. Withing few days new app can be developed but these people are still working just to give access. How could someone believe this. Go through unacademy adda 24/7 and still many more platforms are their and they do what they say. I didn't want to give even a single star but there is no option so.

Some of videos quality not good, without sound for more than an hour. No option of report or complain video. Going through CRPQ's each & every time have to download again on ots itself for each Que. Unable to download in pdf format. 👎 Not worthy.

In ace engineering academy, faculty team is very good but the management team is too worst. They won't respond to students properly. Since one month there is no recorded videos available on their website, its there in only ace android app.

Worst app still I am unable to see recorded videos they said that they will fix this issue with in 10 days from Feb 13 onwards but still recorded videos are not accessible

Repeated logins hanging in middle of class We have to clear the app from background and restart class again Repeated glitches when changing screen from potrait to landscape mode Always have to restart app

Even though teaching is good their support is worst....they takes thousands of money from us and fail to give minimum support.... I've enrolled for Kptcl batch and they are giving silly reason that backend issue ....when they can't solve problems why will they give big advertisement of their coaching

Need an update. Sometimes rotation of screen while watching video freezes the app with increase in view count.

Please add there Quality option(240p,360p,720,....) it's very difficult to handle this app without that option

The app is awesome. It is very user friendly and has everything you might need for support . I am so happy with it ..thank you to the developers of this brilliant app

Can't view the ESE Mains test series on app. I missed 2 tests because of that. Please take note.

App is not upto the mark but it's ok. You should also provide the APP for PC.

16/12/19 The tests are not starting. On clicking a test, a dialogue box is coming up which shows submit and cancel. Please resolve the issues at the earliest. 6/6/19 When I gave a test for network theory, on submiting the test, the app hanged and finally registered only 8 of the answered questions. The app is not displaying the answer key also. When I started with another network theory test, time started but no question was getting displayed. Please resolve all these issues at the earliest.

The quality of contents is the best but the app is not user friendly having very OLD INTERFACE &irregular text size . Regarding full lenght test series individual subject wise analysis must be given to improve students performance. Regarding performance analysis section , the app is not good as the pc version of ACE OTS as it is not having all the analysis parameters of pc version. THE APP IS NOT GOOD AS THE PC VERSION .

The app is slow when compared to it's counterpart Made Easy. Moving between questions while reviewing a test is a tedious work also the app has no search bar to make navigation easier and faster.

1. There should be a section in which we can see our all challenged/doubt questions. 2. Photos of top 10 students of each test are not required,it can be mentioned as topper1,2.. 3. I don't find any way to inform test related issues like typing/calculations mistakes. 4. It stopped suddenly and relogin demanded during the test on web.

it is just asking to update hall ticket no. nothing else is working . just processing and only processing . i can not even see my results . worst app for test series where u can not even attempt to have test series. it should be ACE hall ticket number app not a test series. GUI is the worst. no bookmark option. bad analysis. i will never opt for ACE test series for GATE . and never recommend it to anyone.

For nat type question the app is not able to take input.. do rectify it plz

The app is too slow and filled with bugs. I lose all my patience when tests tag 15 minutes to load even when I have high speed internet. This keeps happening even when I'm just a week away from the main day and time is so crucial. JUST FIX IT PLEASE. I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A TEST AND IT SHOWED AN ERROR.

Give laptop or Desktop version For recorded vedios.Its Difficult with phone app

Not happy with app design . U can't do proper zoom in this app. Have only basic features . Test quality was moderate some questions are too Hard or too easy compare to exams . They are far behind in user interface compare to other app

(Solved)While answering numerical entry questions, I am not able to write negative values. There is no ' - ' sign available in the number pad. I am losing marks because of this. Please resolve this issue.. Thank You Developers for responding fast.. The problem has been cleared.

In gate EE mock tests, I am unable to know if the question is one mark or two mark as there is no indication in mobile app. In laptop I can see it but it is not in mobile which makes it very hard to write an exam. Please correct is as soon as possible.

Plz add quality adjustment option in recorded video. It is very difficult to watch videos without it.

I think there is some technical issue...on the site it says go to app for recorded videos...and in app it doesn't show videos ..it only shows tests....so please kindly help...
