ace for Parents

We have been using this app from quite a long time. Look and usage is very good. But... Whenever schools send a file attachments, we cannot open it. Download is successful, but when trying to open the file, just screen will flicker. Trying share file to any other app, WhatsApp, telegram etc, it'll error out, unable to share. Tried with other phone, where never used before, download scenario is same, but at least I can share. Can you resolve this issue? Did all cleaning and uninstall no luck.

Good app. However, it canbe made little user friendly. Eg: 1. No reply button for messages. I always had to type new msg to reply for a specific msg thread 2. Attachments cannot be saved. Wish the attachments could be saved for any reference 3. Notifications pop up sound stopped: I stopped getting notification sounds in this app. However, I used to get before 4. There could be an option to add event (such as parent-teacher meeting or any other) directly into our calendar. and many more...

The app is very slow and so are its features to load and for any updates it neither provides notification to upgrade nor allows user to defer the upgrade but forcing them to upgrade first. This is not being user friendly. No other apps have this kind of enforcement. Please change this. Also there is no copy feature for text message nor does it give option to capture the contents any other ways. This app needs a lot more improvement.

After support from Ace team, things have improved. I see that the App is much stable now. One suggestion is to improve the notification mechanism, that is, as and when the school posts something an email is sent whereas an SMS or WhatsApp message would benefit a lot

This app is really useless. I am facing multiple issues. 1.unable to download any files from school. 2. Hanging every time ( with high configuration- 6 GB ram and good processing speed) 3. Unable to add my 2nd child who is studying in the same school. 4. No customer call support. After raising the issue no update

Easy to use and great support! I use this primarily to check the daily routine of my kid. I recently faced an issue with that , but the team was super quick in calling me and giving me the steps to resolve it over the call itself. 5 stars for the speed of resolution!

Extremely unusable app. The most basic function of trying to see my child's daily routine is so complicated. I have to download a pdf everytime I need to see it and then open it using a pdf viewer! Seriously? And then if i want to see it again i have to download it again and open it using pdf viewer. Who created this horrible app? Why can't you simply show the contents in the app itself? Very pathetic app.

needs a lot of improvement. daily route setup is too poor, to see you need to ho through a lot of steps and then the format is not suitable yo read on mobile. no setting option for receiving it on email. profile change edit options are not working.

It's a good and useful app. 1 suggestions can you help implement a favourites or starred messages. So that users can mark important communication or dairy notes for easy retrieval at a later date. It would be really helpful

Profile details are wrong, after editing it says request sent, but even after 2 weeks details aren't changed. Unable to download, email or view daily reports. Nothing much useful apart from general notifications.

App is very good but my problem is I am not able to download any files or share I tried all possible steps... cleared complete data and uninstalled and reinstalled still not working .... nothing seems to work

It can be improved by adding to send reply for the message. No option to write or ask the question for the recieved messages. It can be developed as two way application. Thank you.

Unable to download and read any file type. My child's academic report card is in pdf format and when downloaded and open it says file is corrupt... The same file when emailed to me it opens just fine. Same case with all other file types say jpg, png etc

Worst app. The attached doc are not downloaded and opened on Android and Apple. This issue has been there for 3 years. Nobody fixes this. Customer support worst/lets say not there. Dont understand why schools opt for such JUNK apps.

When I am trying to look msg's in ace app its asking to update. when trying to update this app not downloading. it's keep on running and not started download from long time. is any issues going and when this will be fix?

Ace is a wonderful app, which helps us to communicate with our kids teacher without disturbing our daily commitments. Sitting in one place we get to know our child's progress in school and easy to convey the message to yhe teacher. However, my kids photos are not being downloaded, that one thing i feel bad about, so i have given four star in place 5 star

The app is very convenient for communication with the school. Also the tech support is also very good and has a fast TAT for resolution of issues.

Quite annoying to see the power exclusion dialog popping up every time. I don't see a reason why this app needs this exclusion. A power exclusion is needed for critical actions that require realtime response. Otherwise just use FCM.

Half of the time the app doesn't work. Not able to open any attachments etc etc.

The ap is very useful. All the communication between the teachers and parents can happen here. All the instructions regarding the child's school work and events are also done through this. Photos and videos of school event can be accessed here. Academic as well as co curricular planning can also be done. Quite good...

Good app. Very good app structure but there's no feature where we can contact the class teacher directly. If you add that you'll definitely get five stars.

This app useless, completely get stuck with android phones.. tried in 2 to 3 phones. unable to see fee or child profile screen...always hangs.

Off late not receiving any notifications. Maybe this is happening after the latest update. Earlier it used to get notifications. Realised it after checking the manual report from school.

I don't see the launcher icon on my launcher app anymore. May be mimap icon asset not provided or there is some change in the launcher activity. Rest of the app works fine like receiving and opening the app via notification.

Iam an user of this App. I find a problem with App Notification. In older versions, i use to get app notification for messages. However now there is no notification. I have yo manually open the App daily to check the message. Can the Ace team look into this ???
