I have used this app for years. I've only had 3 problems that were resolved in 5 minutes or less.
it works sometimes and doesn't work half the time then other half it does work u can't get login to let u in .
Can't even download the app. Had it on my old phone. Worked great but not so much now
works... dont mind the 5 dollar fee. only issue is it ask how it did after telling you you have to wait ten days making you think you paid 5 dollars for nothing but it arrives on time however
tells my my email is linked to an existing account and to request a password reset, when i try it tells me the email is not in their system? stoopid company, rude employees.
Got to the end the app told me to write the word void on it bold i did now its not accepting my check now its just a waste of check that i cant get back i hate this and it needs to be shut down
All Ingo financial apps are a complete scam and their customer service is absolutely atrocious.

I have no problem with Ace but Ingo is a joke. After making multiple mobile check loads then all the sudden Ingo bank decides to close my account. When I called to find out why they told me they were not able to give that information for security reasons. What a joke.
Ingo is a crock. They locked me out for no reason at all. I really was experimenting with the app and got denied just trying to figure out how to get the photo to capture correctly. F**k ingo major thumbs down to the worthless company. What can i do to reopen my account and be in good standing? This reallu aggravates me.
The app is terrible so is Ingo Money and their customer service is. I wish Netspend used another vendor for this service because its a waste of customers time who can't get a simple issue resolved
Its a good app.. But I having a problem I had two money orders for a 100 dollars and Ingo lock me out for sucipious activity. Now I can't get nobody on the phone. Can I please get some instance..
Its telling me 48 hours & today 48 hours to get my funds what's the issue I'm getting upset cause I did the money in min in I have to go threw the 48 hours I'm getting very mad😠
I only have two emails addresses. I used this app once before (and it worked great!), but I got a new phone so redownloaded it. Now it says there is no account with either of my emails, but if I try to reregister, it says there is already an accout with my email address and info? Three years later same problem. I have an ACE Flare account now. Why can't I just photo deposit to it?
This is ridiculous. I tried a picture of my check several times and it says we cant see the number clearly. I tried up close and made sure all digits were clear..smh
Works great took about 30 minutes for me to load my check .I am very much pleased with this app.
Will not allow you to cash checks.whole reason for this app is to do this.
Money approved but app will not let me take picture of VOIDed check no response from Chat which is the only way to get in contact with customer service.
This app disguist me . I believe this app ia a fraud talking about ingo of course had me deposit a check was fine said processing great had ne send a copy of my id and another id to verify to prove my identity no problem once i did that they closed my acxount and told me that they were unable to verify my identity a waste of my freakin time and payroll check I truly wouldnt recommend Ingo to anyone these people are more fictuous than the people they are turning down

While trying to take picture of voided check, app closed out. Can't get app to take me to the point of voided picture and customer service is a joke. NO help from them and now I have a check that can't be cashed
